Description of Work: Installed washer drain line from third floor to basement, vented second floor bathroom sink, and replaced toilet drain and flange. A two man crew worked an eight hour day to accomplish the job. They have a well stocked truck and excellent back office support. When an issue arose they calmly addressed it with the help of additional equipment that Universe has at its' disposal. The free estimate for the work was the price I paid for the actual work. Universe is a little pricey compared to other plumbers, but they have a knowledge base, equipment, and reliability that others find it hard to provide. I have used them multiple times in the past to repair heating systems, appliances, and plumbing without any negative issues. Other service providers that I have hired were less expensive but have their problems. If your budget allows it, I recommend them.
