First, the company scheduled a visit right away, which impressed me. Second, the guy who came out was extremely helpful, professional, and nice. He saw right away that the part that was broken would cost as much as the dryer itself, so he didn't try to sell me the repair. Instead he recommended a brand of dryer and where to get it. He was right on the mark on everything and I really appreciated the help with the brand for a new dryer especially. This company is honest, professional, and charges reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.

The technician looked at it for 5 minutes and then advised me to call the manufacturer to get it repaired as it would be under warranty and it needed to be handled by the manufacturer's authorized repair centers, which they were not. A less honest person would not have told me this as it was a $2000 job to repair. In the end, after some persuasion the manufacturer stood behind their equipment for parts and labor, though technically they only needed to replace the part.

I decided to call other companies. I would have loved to use them since I am a current customer, but if this is indicative of the response time, then its better that I seek out other companies who may be more eager to do the work.

Great. The worker was quick and very nice. Not a chatter bug, which I appreciate. He got right down to business.

Repairman diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repairs which solved the problem.

We checked with various vendors to install a ductless air conditioning unit. The salesman came out when scheduled and gave us a detailed estimate for various units. The installation was done in a day and the work proceeded without a hitch. They were clean, professional and we will definitely use them again.

I have not had any problems since they were in. They showed up the same day and fixed what they believed was the problem. They were very reasonable and very good. I am guessing the cost was around $170, I am not totally sure. He was here for about an hour and there was no parts involved, just the labor. One thing I liked is that he could have made up something, but, I really do not feel that he took advantage of me in anyway. I also received a $30 coupon.

My A/C died the day before a heat wave. This company serviced the appliances in the house I grew up in. Universe came within two hours of my call and replaced the central air unit within 24 hours. The technician was Tim, customer service lady named Ursula was very polite, professional and helpful. They honored the Angie's List coupon so I saved $100.00 on an already good price. Great service and the A/C cranks. Recommend highly.

The service tech showed up on time. He was finished installing the new hinges in about 30 minutes. The oven door closed and opened perfectly again. I thought the price was good for this service. I would use them again.

I wasn't impressed with them at all. When the serviceman showed up, he looked inside my dryer and diagnosed it as having a bad motor. I really didn't feel that he did a thorough exam but I went with him. The very next day my dryer had went out again. I called them up and they sent out another serviceman and he said that it was a bad switch. He replaced the switch and we have not had any other problems with it. I do think however that the switch was the original problem. When I talked to them about it they really didn't work with me at all. They had told me that they could place the old motor back in but if it didn't work, that would be my problem. They would pretty much just wash their hands of me. They also took twenty dollars off of their bill. I wouldn't use them again at all.

This is one reliable company. They have also done repairs on my dishwasher, heating system and fixed a leak in my air conditioner. I have always found them to be honest and are great to deal with. They have nice, professional people from their office staff all the way up to their servicemen. I highly recommend their service.

The workman was prompt and very efficient in finding the source of the water leak. It was not the pump which was suspected but a hose, which he replaced. If it was the pump it would not have been worth the expense to repair the unit given its age, but I decided to replace the hose. He recommended to do just that.

The furnace and hot water heater work done extremely well, the A/C work also done well; there was a slight problem in the calculations made by the A/C estimator, but the workers arrived and corrected the problem immediately.

He was very good, but a little expensive.

Very satisfied and pleased that I was not sold any parts and the repair was done for the cost of a service charge. The came out the same day as called.

I have used this company for so many years that when I started using them, I wasn't eligible for the senior discount they give. I am now! This is a great company! My whole family uses them!!

Service was great! From the time I call the company, on a Saturday night at 6:30pm till the time the mechanic finished the job took a total of 50 minutes. Faster service I do not think can be had anywhere.
