The town ordered an inspection of my mother’s home. After being stood up by different companies I scheduled an appointment with Universe. One of their plumbers, Brandon, called me to discuss what needed to be done. He came over on a Sunday to do an emergency plumbing inspection for the town. He was so caring & empathetic to the situation. He completed the inspection in a timely & efficient manner. He really was a blessing from above.

They charged over $500 dollars for a leaky tub faucet where it only required a replacement valve. It should be considered grand larceny to charge that much.

Universe seems to be a well run operation. Jimmy O came to our home to help with issues related to outdoor fixtures and spent the time to understand our situation and come up with different options on how to get where we needed to be. If the rest of the team at Universe is half as good as Jimmy, I'll be going to them for everything from here on out!

We're a young couple that couldn't DIY the faucet. A plumber came in did the work and didn't make fun of our attempts. He also recommended some upgrades to our (old) home. Very helpful and not pushy.

The plumber called when he was delayed. Did good work.

There was damage to a lower ceiling from a bathroom on the upper floor. The plumber reset the toilet in the upper bathroom, which looked like it was the correct thing to do at the time, but the next day, the ceiling was still wet, and I discovered that the waste pipe had a hole in it, in two places, and the plumber had to come back, replace that pipe, reset the toilet again, at additional expense. He did a good job though, and hopefully no more leaks.

Had a couple of annoying problems, kitchen faucet wouldn’t shut off properly, dripped so it had to be constantly positioned to stop dripping, “Joe” from Universe explained why it was doing this and fixed the problem! No more dripping n the water pressure increased also. Toilet kept running after flushing, replaced the flapper and fixed that problem. Life is good w/o these problems.

Extremely professional and efficient. The work was done with little to almost no mess. A bit more expensive than other estimates but I felt extremely confident in the work they would have produced. I would definitely recommend this company for electrical needs.
