We were quoted $140. for the job, which was a simple one. When the bill came in at $363. customer service was not able to tell us why. They agreed that the job was as described but could not itemize parts or labor or even tell me what the hourly labor rate was. The repair took 1/2 hour.

The **expert** took my dishwasher apart from the bottom and did not put the parts back. He could not remove the cover plate from my bathtub drain switch. Quoted me over $900 to replace old under sink plumbing did not hire

They were very knowledgeable about what they needed to do. They also have me options and discussed it in detail. Very professional

The customer service was very pleasant and helpful. The Electricin called before he arrived on time. He was professional efficient and he cleaned up the work area when he completed the job! I would recommend him for any electric work you may need to be done in your home.

Excellent work

I had no idea how much it would cost. Task- snake a bathroom sink. or how long it would take to do it - took less then 1/2 hour. But I needed it done and they have an A+ rating with BBB, I called them, they came right on time, they did tell me the cost upfront, and they did what had to be done. I felt it was extremely expensive since they did not give a warranty or a guarantee based on the age of the pipe. They made sure that the sink was now draining properly, and as far as they could tell, the pipe was still whole. The workmen were knowledgeable, My only complaint was the $.

Steven, the technician who did the actual work in my house was very profesional and courteous and did a good job and took care of cleaning up after the job was finished.. He removed and replaced a kitchen sink and faucet, and also removed and replaced a faucet in my bathroom . My only suggestion to the company is that their invoices should clarified that the price listed includes removal, replacement and taking away discarded items.

The quick service from this company is not to be overlooked. They came the same day and diagnosed my problem right away. Though we ultimately decided to replace the appliance instead of repairing it, the technician helped us weigh all of our options and also alerted us to a plumbing problem we didn’t know about that needs to be addressed.

Repair man was rude to my daughter in law. Had already paid a deposit and when he came back to finish the job insisted he wouldn't leave the house until paid the remainder of the bill on the spot. Cost was expensive for a small repair on a dishwasher.
