Nice and respectful... they came out on Sunday quickly after I called no extra weekend charge. Problem solved

I called on a Sunday and they came out the very next morning. the service tech came out to look at my refrig which wasn't keeping cold. I was told the refrigerator was no good and not worth fixing because it was repaired once before. I was shocked! Was not expecting to hear that news. The guy gave me a break on the service call price which was great.

They Were Prompt—Courteous—And Very Helpful. Very Knowledgeable

Seemed expensive. Great quality system. Fast install. Sloppy work. The workers left smudges on the walls and piles of debris on the basement floor. They broke a box of decorations, They replaced a figurine they broke. The attic lines were too close together and the thermostat didn't work. But they came back to fix it.

This was a complicated project involving removal of an electric meter and gas meter, installing a new electric panel, disconnecting and removing a stove, dishwasher, sink, installing a new water heater and removing two old ones;and also capping a gas line and finding and fixing leaks in the gas lines. The work crews arrived on time, were courteous and good humored, and finished in the allotted three days, with minimum disruption to the family's routine. The charges were the ones included in the estimates, with no extra costs. The company took care of filing the necessary permits and scheduling the necessary inspections by the utilities and town building inspectors. All of this was taken care of with the utmost proficiency. The company has an after-hours phone line for employees to get in touch with tech support when needed. But the most important thing from my perspective was the fact that the workers seemed to enjoy their work and all of them put in 12-hour days, when some of them could have left at a normal hour because they were not needed to "finish up." They just wanted to be around in case they were needed. Finally, the office staff was immediately responsive to phone calls and messages. We were also happy to have found one company to take care of the entire project, both the electric and the plumbing. This company is the best I have ever worked with.

Execellent and prompt service

Overcharged for services. Repair person was not interested in doing repair. Paid $320 for twenty minutes of work with the replacement of a small part. was between a rock and a hard place in deciding to pay the service charge or have the stove repaired. Would not ever hire again or recommend. Ripped off

Came on time and quality work. A little pricey but happy with the professionalism and efficiency. Great job.

Steve Eagle, the electrician, was professional and polite. 3 exterior flood lights installed on second story. Job well done. Support people including Kathy Early were enthusiastic. Only problem was getting them to put the specific light fixture model numbers on the estimate. But the electrician and helper showed up with the correct ones. Their's was my least expensive estimate. Would use again.
