I called them, Frigidaire refrigerator that was 1.5 years old broke down. They come promptly on time, very courteous. Told us that the refrigerator repair would have cost more than a new refrigerator, but we still had to pay the service call which was a little over a hundred, but it was good to get a professional opinion. I asked them to look at another refrigerator in my home to give me an estimate, and they did without charging me another fee, which I felt was very nice of them. I appreciated all that they did, even though when they left the refrigerator was still broken. I would definitely recommend them. I've used them in the past and they did good work then too.

Did what they said they were going to do, they did charge for the assessment but well worth it. They are very friendly and customer caring.

The plumbers did their work well however the office had a hard time coordinating appointments. I waited at home one day that the plumbers were scheduled to come and no one ever showed up. I called the office to reschedule the appointment and I was told someone would call me back to confirm an appointment. No one ever called me back however a plumber came to my house when I was not home. I had to rush back home to catch him before he left.

Refrigerator water filter needed replacement. I couldn't get it out. Refrigerator is only 2 yrs old. Repairman couldn't get it out and tried for about 2 minutes! He suggested replacement of the entire housing at a total cost of $448! Long story short, a neighbor was able to resolve the problem in 10 seconds by releasing the filter lock with a screwdriver! The door that covered the filter was off which when properly installed, released the lock when opened! It cost me $110 dollars for a service call for nothing but it could have been worse. It's easy to repair a problem by repacking a major unit of a refrigerator at a significant cost to the customer! They should change their name to Universe Appliance REPLACEMENT Inc.
