They gave me a reasonable price

This company was on time and did quality work for a fair price. I do not usually give any feedback but I felt this company deserved a pat on the back. I would recommend this company to any family or friend. That pretty much sums it up.

The cost of the part was around USD 36 for my GE Dryer and the time to replace it was less than 10 minutes. The company charged me usd 294.77 inclusive of the part. Now you could rate the company as regards the cost of service. A new dryer would cost around usd 350.

I have used Universe in the past and they have always done a very good job. There service personnel are very courteous and professional.

They reached out to confirm the appointment time multiple times. They identified the service professional who was to arrive. They cleaned up nicely after the two visits and were timely in all respects. Cost estimates were accurate. Very polite and courteous.

Very professional and great work. Only caveat is I was quoted that the old pump would be removed too and when the work was done, the plumber decided it would be too much work so I had to get rid of the old pump without a cost adjustment. Otherwise, the work itself to replace the pump with a Little Giant sink pump was good.

They delivered on time service as promised. Up front cost estimate. Service person came and told me the part that was ordered was wrong ( I gave the incorrect model number) then called in the correct model number to Universe. Made another appointment for 2 days later and once again came on time and completed the job saving me $200.
