Plumbers are not cheap to hire but being I know my own limitations it was better to have it done and over with. My time is worth money too. The work was excellent and the job was done right. And I've used them before and they are reliable. I recommend them.

I scheduled an appointment for a price quote (they will not give a price quote over the phone). The repair technician had to sign €“in to my Wi-Fi to diagnose the issue with my oven, because his tablet was not getting a good data signal. He diagnosed the issue, and proceeded to start the service repair before giving me a price quote. I had to stop him to ask for the price quote. He said that he thought I wanted to go ahead with the repair, but I hadn'€™t said anything to that affect. His price for the repair was significantly higher than the quote that LG (the manufacture) gave me over the phone. However, if I chose to not accept the price, I would have to pay a $79 diagnosis fee. The company offered me a discount, but they still did not match the price of LG. Plus, I found out that they offer a $25 discount coupon online, but they have a $30 paper coupon at their retail location (like playing a shell game). The part had to be ordered, so I had to make a 2nd appointment. The diagnosis was on Saturday, and they were back on Monday. The repair took a little less than half an hour. I had called the part distributer and found out that the part costs $83, but they were charging $303 for the job. That'€™s $220 for a ½ hour, or $440 an hour in labor fees. WOW! €“ I went into the wrong line of work. This second visit wouldn'€™t have been complete without the service technician asking to use something of mine to complete the repair. Last time it was my internet; this time it was my dish soap (to coat some screws). I hope this story helps in your future repair decisions.
