The repairman Joe was very good and stayed on the job while we waited for the water company to come and shut off the water (an unexpected occurrence). Once shut off, Joe worked quickly and professionally in completing the job.

Ben serviced our range. Arrived on time. Did a quick troubleshoot. Isolated problem and repaired with new part immediately. Finished everything in less than 40 min. Wouldn't hesitate to call again.

During the installation there were some damage to the ceiling but they had someone come right away to repair and paint. We are very happy with Universe.
