Excellent work

very satisfied with the crew of men who came to do the installation. They where on time and was efficient and workmanship was remarkable. I do not feel like I got a good deal as fa as price.

Although I had an issue with installation but their customer service and prompt response makes up for it. I am pleased with there service. Terry is great with any question you might have and making the process easy.

I had sinks and faucets replaced. The work was done neatly and correctly.

Professional courteous fair

I had a nightmare scenario,hot water leak under a brand new wood floor which eventually warped,has to be replaced. I had 4 medium horrible to 2 major horrible estimates and opinions on how to best fix the issue.I'm a senior and a great target for scams. One guy told me he'd have to rip the house apart and would cost $10,000. My own heating company had given estimate of 5-6K but I did not want them to do the work,didn't get a good feeling from rep. Then Tom from Universe Appliance came by.Courteous,professional,down to earth saw solutions not problems and gave me a great and fair price for re routing my pipes which involves a lot of work.The day of the job he showed up with Mike and later Joe came by.They worked over 7 hours cleaned up everything and couldn't have been nicer. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They're my go to plumbers from now on. Excellent job all around!!! They also performed 2 other small plumbing jobs and again great on every level. Very impressed with them and the customer service people as well. Class act.

Tom the repairman was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer withing 20 minutes. He had the replacement part (new) in his truck and completed the entire repair within one hour. He explained what the part was and why it wore out. Excellent service!

Not happy with the quality of work at all. Extremely disappointed in the service. High charge for very little ( and poor) work.

Job well done and gave thorough explainatiin and estimate for future work....

The technician was there for about 20 minutes. The part cost about $20 and the job cost $265. I think it could have been less for what was the extent of the repair.

Great communication, handled all issues professionally with interest, caring, and empathy. Would definitely recommend!
