The first plumber came out on a Saturday late in the day. Told me it would be about a 3-hour job.The cost was estimated at $375.00. They showed back up on Monday at 9:00am. The actual job itself took the plumber 45 minutes (my wife timed him), another 20 minutes writing everything up. I thought it would be less for only 45 minutes of actual work. Called to complain, was told they estimated the job, not the time. And poof, $375.00 is gone. They made on me.

We were looking for a "diagnosis" for our washing machine, which had stopped working. Rob came to the house at 8:30am and said the transmission was gone, and that it was worth buying a new machine, as the cost of fixing it would be around the same price.

He came on time. Was dressed professional and fixed my dishwasher promptly. Great service.

I requested an estimate to repair my cook top and they reached out to me the very next morning and gave me a very honest advise regarding the repair. They instantly told me that the cost of a repair doesn't pay b/c a new stove would be only few dollars more. I really appreciate their honesty. Thank u
