Horrible!!!
Description of Work: I had some electrical upgrades done and then when there was a problem they take a long time to contact a long time to come back and now I STILL have a problem a year later and they refuse to return - DO NOT USE THEM - horrible service!!! Customer Service is does not apply for them!!!

Description of Work: JED ELECTRIC LLC installed a 10KW Generic generator. The installation by the 2 electricians and 2 plumbers took approximately 10 hours a day for 4 consecutive days. Description of Work: What great service! The electric in my kitchen went out last night and we tried the circuit breakers t nothing worked. We were afraid of a possible short that could lead to a fire, so we went onto Angie's List and called JED Electric. We were especially worried because it was 7 pm on a Saturday night and thought maybe we would have to wait until Monday for service..so we called JED and left a message. We were happily surprised when the owner, Phil called a few minutes later and then came over 20 minutes later and fixed the problem. Electric back on. My wife and I thank Angie's List and JED for a great job..on a Saturday night. Terrific

He did that about three years ago. He seems to be very responsive. He is a pretty good guy. Overall, I've had excellent service from him. There was an issue when the generator was still under warranty. It wasn't his issue, but it was the Generac generator that became faulty and did not go on. He fixed it and got all the parts replaced and took care of everything under warranty. So as far as him as a service provider, he was very good. The service was free, but I have a service contract with him. That's like $500 per year.

I haven't used the for some time now because I now have a company that does everything such as plumbing and electric all in one. But they were good. It's just that I needed a full service contractor that I could work with instead of somebody specified. My switch wasn't because of bad service from them. I used them in our rental house.

Jonathan Dinolfo is the Principal of JED ELECTRIC . L LC. He is a most professional & knowledgeable electrician. The Standby Generator was installed by JED ELECTRIC LLC during the latter part of October 2013. There were 3 electricians & 2 plumbers who worked incessantly for 4 days, 8 hours a day to install the Unit . I can say with all honesty and candor, the installation was completed by dedicated, devoted and professional technicians who are a credit to their profession in carrying out their duties, responsibilities and obligations to my complete satisfaction. If you are looking for safety & electricity during power outages then I recommend JED ELECTRIC L LC as this firm will satisfy your needs in a masterful manner as they have met mine.
