Fantastic services and prices. Called and set up an inspection of my home for a potential termite spotting. Mike came out and preformed an extremely thorough evaluation of my entire property, searching for evidence of any and all pests outside simply termites. Mike then created a comprehensive treatment plan that suited my needs. I never felt pressured and Mike was extremely honest, thorough, and knowledgeable. We scheduled a date for installation of termite bait stations, and Mike and a colleague were at my house at the scheduled time and date. They completed the job and walked me through their installation as well as provided me information about the products used and information about how to identify termites versus other insects that look similar. Mike additionally reassured me stating that I could always reach him with any concerns. I look forward to continuing to have Brennan Pest Control look after my house for many years to come.

I have previously written a review for Brennan Termite and Pest Control, but wanted to emphasize again how amazing this company is! I highly recommend and urge anyone who is in need of termite and pest control to contact them for superior service. Mike is knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, considerate and thorough. His services and prices cannot be matched, and he is genuinely a great person!

We discovered we had a developing problem with carpenter bees in our shed. At time there were upwards of 15-20 large bees swarming in a single location. While they weren't overly aggressive, we have 2 small children so our concern was obvious. We called Brennan and within 24 hours Mike was at our house inspecting the problem and told us what needed to be done to correct it. He gave us an estimate of between $125 and $325 depending on the condition of the nest once he really dug into it. Mike came back later than evening and spent close to 3 hours making sure all of the bees were taken care of, and preventative measures were put in place to prevent them from coming back. The final price of $325 seemed fair and reasonable considering the amount of time and effort he put in. He also said the cost includes any additional service calls this season to address the bees returning. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the bees, and about other common home pests in general. He gave us some great tips about what to look out for and simple things we could do to prevent issues in the future. We would absolutely recommend Brennan to anyone.

I highly recommend them. I have been with him so long that I have not comparisons for the price, but I think he is reasonable. They are very responsive. When we did have termites, they came and treated, and it was no problem. They do a thorough inspection. It is a family business and I mainly deal with the son, but the father and mother are equally nice. If you skip a year they will take $5 off, but I have them come out every year. They are friendly, personable, responsible, and reliable.

I LIKE BRENNAN BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE LOWEST PRICES IN PEST CONTROL. I HAD TERMITES REALLY BAD WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN. THEY TOTALLY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. I AM VERY SATISFIED!
