Zero review. The law enforcement community is neglected by this company. If that what you want then they are a 10 for you. If you are a patriot they are a 0. Run around and BS from all. From the top to the bottom. I have never written a review whether bad or good. First time for me and they have not done good for the working man. To them the working man is a sucker. Be ware of them. Fake!!!

If I could give them no stars, I would. They are a RIP OFF!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! 4,300 to replace a 50 gallon Hot Water Heater. They charged me 400to cut a piece of sheetrock that took 30 seconds. Tried to speak to a manager, called once a day for 5 days in a row, they wouldn't even have the courtesy of speaking with me. Disgusting.

Had Apple install a Bosch central air unit with a heat pump and a heat kit December 2021. I really just needed the A/C unit replaced but I got the heat pump and heat kit put in as supplemental heat. I haven't used the unit until this week (March 2023) and i noticed that i was getting "Cold blow", which occurs when the heat pump goes into defrost mode. They sold me the heat kit for this exact reason. When the unit goes into defrost, the heat kit is supposed to kick on so that cold air is not blowing throughout my house. I called Apple and they tell me i have to pay $165 service call fee for a unit that was installed 15 months ago. It's brand new, either the installation was poor or the product. They wont stand by there product or service. Unacceptable. I will never use you again

This company gave us a $4000 quote to replace our "old" tankless water heater. I called in another professional for a second opinion and he described my water heater as "bulletproof". He proceeded to clean one element on the heater and its working perfectly now. He charged me $150. Apple air is either totally unqualified to service units like this or they are blatenly deceptive.

The never called never show up then they told me it would be 1month before the could come very unreliable company second time it happened

STAY AWAY from Apple Air Conditioning and Heating of Seaford New York. They are unethical and CHEAT their customers out of their hard earned money!!!!! I have a medical need for working A/C and this company is trying to take advantage of a disabled veteran. We put in a service call for an intermittent faulty ac thermostat. When the technician Eric arrived, he went up into our attic to check out the air handler. When he came down, he asked if we were having a problem with the unit cooling. We told him no, that the thermostat was the problem. He was told that, of course on very hot 90 something degree days, the a/c stays on longer to keep the house cool, but that was understandable. He then went out the front door to check on the condenser. After a few minutes, I went out the back door to meet and observe what he was doing and as I rounded the corner of the house where he was working with his back toward me, I HEARD him releasing Freon gas from my system into the atmosphere. I said nothing and quickly backed up to behind my house where he could not see me and listened. I heard this release of Freon gas 3 or 4 times. I went back into the house and informed my wife of what I had witnessed. After a short time, Eric came back into the house and stated that the system was very low on Freon and if we wanted it charged it would cost $499. I was beside myself when I heard that. An apple tech fraudulently stating what issue he had found/created. Knowing what I knew, I told him to do whatever he had to do to make sure the central a/c was working properly and to have "TONY" (the owner of the business) call me as soon as possible. Now, common sense would dictate in a "very low Freon" situation, there must be a leak somewhere and that the tech would also suggest inserting a dye so the leak could be located and repaired. He didn't, I asked "well shouldn't you put dye in to find the leak"? He responded with, "that would cost another $49". Now I realized how blatant a ripoff this was becoming. After he recharged the system, while walking to his truck, I had asked him if he was going to put the dye in. He said to me "as long as I pay him for it and the Freon today when the job was complete". So now I find out after the fact that he is expecting to be paid cash on the spot!!! Here, all this time I am thinking that the office will be billing me and that when Tony would call me as requested, I would address the $499 bill along with the dishonesty of his employee. Well, once he found out that he was not getting any quick cash, he didn't put any dye into my system. He buttoned everything up and came back into the house for a signature. I asked him how much Freon he put in and his reply was "A LOT". I guess I must have a very rare and special central air conditioning system that works perfectly when "a lot" of Freon is needed? Needless to say that he never got my signature and I never received that requested phone call from Tony. They continue sending us invoices and we continue requesting that Tony speak with us but nothing so far. Maybe with this experience being shared Internet and Social Media Wide so other people know how crooked of a company Apple Air Conditioning and Heating REALLY is, we'll get that phone call. Next up, Consumer Affairs, Attorney Generals Office, Better Business Bureau, Angie's List and finally News12!

They came on time and went about their work. They installed the outside compressor and 3 inside units. They ran the pipes which look great. I am very happy with them.

They have been excellent and I have not had any problems. I would definitely use them again.

They show up when they're supposed to and they seem to do a pretty good job. They were good. I have no problem with them at all. They show up every time they say they're going to show up. Price-wise they're pretty average to everyone else and they're not outrageous. They're in line with everyone else. They're very responsive; never had a problem with them. I use them every year. For $250 you get a service contract and they come out and check the unit and service the unit every Summer, right before the Summer. I would tell friends and family that they do good work and they're reliable

Every person we dealt with at Apple was friendly and extremely professional. The salesman listened to our concerns about the job and answered all of our questions. The job was scheduled within a few weeks of the quote, which was prompt considering it was summer and already hot. The pre-installation inspector listened to our suggestions and took our requests into consideration when drawing up the installation plans. The installation crew was amazing. Despite the heat, they worked quickly to get everything set up and working in one day. The crew foreman reviewed the operating instructions with us and demonstrated exactly how the equipment worked for both cooling and heating. When they were done, everything was not only working, but the installed equipment looked much nicer than we had expected. And they left the job site looking neat and clean. I would not hesitate to use Apple again for maintaining and/or adding onto the system, and can strongly recommend them.

Provider was prompt and on time. Worked hard all day, without a lunch (I went out and bought Anthony's pizza). A job well done and excellent without issue up to the moment. Would use them again.

Apple air did a fantastic job installing central air in our home, which did not already have ducts installed. We got three estimates before making our decision. The other two estimates were more than twice the cost of Apple air, wanting to put various ductless systems everywhere, claiming they would need to put soffits all over the place in order to run ducts. Apple air arrived to do the estimate, knew exactly how to make central air work in our home without extra cost and without running the ducts in open areas. They did the work the following week, completed it in only one day, and gave us a 5 year payment plan and 10 year warranty. Our system is working beautifully so far, and we are very happy, and much more comfortable this summer! The only gripe I have is the dust left around the house from installing the vents, but it was a small price to pay for great service and a great system. I'd recommend them and use them again.

THEY SEND A KID THAT DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT A/C and we're going to charge us almost $1000 for nothing. WHAT A WASTE

I like everything they did. It was great. They were very clean. I recommended them to some people.

The job went according to the plan. The service manager preformed the job. He was a professional in taking the unit apart, cleaning, and reassembling the unit. When done the unit was check to see if it ran properly. The crew cleaned up before they left.

Not good. He lied about doing a leak check on my system and then told me I'm not doing it. This was after the police were called

Service crew was understaffed and took 12 hours to complete my installation (after calling additional technicians to come out 8 hours into the job. Several holes were made in exterior walls and roofing during the installation which weren't sealed off. Garbage was left in the attic. After several calls a technician did come back and silicone the holes. The ceiling was also damaged during install, for which I was told someone would be contacting me to come back and fix - still haven't heard from anyone on this, now a week and a half later. The system also wasn't tested before the technicians left, but does work well.

They had been great. The workers were immaculate. They did the whole system unit in a day and they were clean and neat about it. I had no complaints. They were really good. They are best bid of the all I got.

They were very good. Very professional, on time, and what a consumer would want. If you asked a question they were always willing to help and they had a professional ethic. The price could have been a little better but they were one of the lowest bids.

EVERYTHING WENT FINE. THEY PROVIDED A CREW OF A FEW MEN TO DO THE JOB AND IT WAS COMPLETED THE SAME DAY. I OBTAINED A FEW ESTIMATES AND COMPARED PRICES FOR THE SAME MODELS. THEY GAVE ME THE BEST OVERALL DEAL.

They will be replacing the unit outside but was able to fix the problem temporarily. The serviceman was Alex he was so professional and knowledgeable. It was a joy to work with this company. Will use them exclusively for all my heating and air conditioning needs. I called 4 other highly rated hvac companies and the earliest I was able to get an appt was in 4 days. Apple went the extra mile. They are fabulous in my book

All I wanted was an honest estimate based on what Tony and I discussed. Tony lead me to believe that I would receive this estimate in writing within a week and never followed through.on that promise. He ultimately wasted both my time and his own.
