Tri City Carpet Cleaning

I have been using Tri City for years to clean my carpets and they are the best around in my opinion , very professional workers and the carpets never looked so good .

Not only do they do a thorough cleaning job, but carpets aren’t soaked likes others I’ve used in the past. Recently I had to use them for an emergency cleaning and couldn’t be more thankful for the response time. They managed to get everything out as if nothing ever happened!

All rooms were done well except my family room where he missed a large spot in front of where the couch is. He hooked up the hose to a water source in my basement that is used for the washer & doesnt have a faucet & didnt turn the hot water back on. I called to ask them to come & turn it back on, & never got a return phone call, so I kept calling until I finally got the owner. He did come over more than a week after the job was done & turned it back on. I showed him the spot in the family that was missed & he told me they would do it over at no charge. After numerous phone messages left to them, with no return calls & no show appts, I have decided to hire someone else to redo this room.
