Description of Work: boiler maintenance. You never know, of course, whether one service is better than another, whether more could have been done, or what you're really paying for. But when you're on their mailing list, you get decent service from DAB at what I believe is a very reasonable price.

Description of Work: I've been fighting with slow running drains in my bathroom for several years, just pouring in drain cleaner when they got too slow, which helped for a while, but had to repeat every few months. |Just completed a bathroom remodel, including new traps, and had the contractor try to snake the drain lines. No success. |Service Experts had put in a new boiler for me, and I had a service contract from them for the new boiler, that includes plumbing service. So I decided to call them to resolve the drain issues. |Called for appointment, the evening of May 25, was offered immediate service, but I made appointment for May 28 between 10am and Noon. Patrick arrived a 11:15, assessed my bathroom drains, which hardly moved at all. First attacked the bathroom sink with a plunger, managed to push the clog thru to the main stack, and now that one flows great. |The tub drain was more difficult, after opening line, found grout residue had built up on the original clog, further blocking the flow. Seems contractor was rinsing his grouting sponge in the tub rather than using a bucket of water, making my drain problem worse. So Patrick snaked the drain with his powered snake, reassembled drain and tested, and repeated 2 more times, finally managing to break thru the clog and restoring free flow to the drain. Completed the entire process in less than 2 hours. Price was reasonable considering the work done. I am completely satisfied and I will call Service Experts again for future plumbing (and heating) issues.

Description of Work: Installed a new furnace and A/C. Installation was scheduled quickly and was completed earlier than anticipated. They cleaned up nicely and were very polite, efficient and capable.

Description of Work: We've had DA Bennett service our AC and furnace for many years. They are quite good, very reliable, and have excellent techs come to our home. They explain what they are doing and answer our questions clearly. We have had little trouble with either our heating or cooling with their service. And one time when we needed a follow-up call, they were there immediately, and provided us the necessary repair. We can recommend them highly.

Description of Work: I have used Service Experts for many years. I have had a Preventive Maintenance program with them and therefore have not run into any unexpected problems.Whenever I had a problem, service was prompt and the repairs were performed on schedule and at the quoted price.

Description of Work: Provided a new central Lennox Elite Series X16 36000 BTU air conditioner, Signature SLP98V Lennox 90,000 BTU gas furnace and iComfort WiFi thermostat, the removal of old furnace and central air conditioner, installation of new equipment and installation of manual dampers on all my feeder pipes. Also included in the price is the first years tune-up for on both the air conditioner and furnace. The service technicians that did the on-site work were thorough, friendly, informative, professional and completed the work in the estimated time.
