Description of Work: Had a furnace annual maintenance check as part of an annual service agreement for both AC and furnace that were originally installed by Roland Down. Nice to have this service especially when there are big problems when Roland Down service really Hops-To to solve problems for its annual service subscribers such as when a thunderstorm fried my AC blower motor control electronics and they had it working the very next day. This particular event was an annual check on the furnace, but on this visit, their tech did not clean up the basement floor. Not a big deal, but surprised that they left a footprint of their service call.

Description of Work: Could not adjust humidity level on touch screen thermostat. Technician performed diagnostics on heating plant and thermostat, found software error on thermostat and reprogrammed same to satisfaction. Also made minor repair to heating plant while in the unit. Company called ahead to let us know when technician would arrive. He was very professional and courteous, answered all our questions.

Description of Work: Technicians who installed the central air conditioning were outstanding. My experience with the sales representative wasn't. It took two months, two phone calls and a visit to their office to get an item that was supposed to come with the A/C. After almost four months, two phone calls and an in-person meeting with the sales rep I still haven't received a second item or an explanation why I haven't received the item.
