He was there when they said he would be. He was very professional and fixed my problem with great service!

Very well. I signed up for a three year plan.

Found problem, but was very vague about the cost of item that needed to be replaced. After service person left I then noticed on service ticket the cost of item that needed replacement and felt it was excessive.

Prompt scheduling. Excellent. Neat work.

They came, worked on the phone with Navien support to determine that I had a failed 3 way valve inside the unit. Navien gave them the option to hit a parts depot to pick up the part or have one shipped next business day to them. They chose to have it shipped and told me they'd call me when the part came in to schedule a repair time. Two days later I had to call them to find out the status and was told that everyone in the parts department was in a meeting and they'd call me as soon as it was over. A few hours later they still haven't called back, and I still don't have hot water. I called another company to come service it and they'll be out tomorrow to fix it. Complete waste of $100 to have them come not do anything about it. Very unresponsive company, would not recommend them to anyone.

They have always provided us with very professional and excellent service.

We have a service contract with them. It's a little expensive. We have had a couple of emergency situations, and they have always been responsive.

Excellent. The reason why I have a contract is for those emergency situations............if there is an emergency and I have a contract with them, they will come right away. Believe me, before I signed with them, I had an emergency and the company representative from another service could have cared less and when he did walk through the door, he immediately announced he would be leaving within twenty minutes regardless of my situation. Roland J. Down does not do that to their customers.

Came out yesterday to assess the situation, will be coming back Tuesday to fix the toilets. The initial call didn't cost anything. One person came out, was there about an hour. Kept area clean. Use them for HVAC all year long, we have a contract with them.

They are really responsive especially with the service contract. If I call and say I have a problem they are usually out the same day.

They did a really good job of working with our existing system. We had a furnace put in a couple of years earlier, so they knew what was going on.

I have no problem with them. They are always punctual, always on-time. Their price is like everybody else. Their responsiveness is very good. I keep going back to them because of their reliability.

Plumber arrived on time, and was able to clear both drains, price was reasonable, per my PLUS agreement with RJ Down. He was able to clear the sink, which had been running slow for years, by using his plunger vigorously. The tub drain was more of a challenge. Had replaced the tub during a bathroom renovation earlier in the Spring. It had been slow running for years also, but after opening up the drain pipe and trap, found grout residue. Seems the construction guys had been rinsing out the sponges they used when grouting the tile in the tub rather than in a bucket. Caused more clogging in the drain. But this plumber was able to snake it out and eventually got it flowing better than ever. Also gave me some maintenance hints to keep the drains clear. Very happy with the job and continue to use this vendor for heating system maintenance.

Fine. All work has been done timely and thoroughly. Scheduling is easy and the service people are prompt.

They are professional service experts, but there office/bookkeeping/finance system is very suspect.

It was professionally done, they came as promised, they cleaned up. The workers were very nice and very respectful. they cleaned up there mess, they wore shoe covers.

They took the old one out and put the new one in. They have done various plumbing and heating and air conditioning jobs for me. They have done a very good job. The only thing that needs improving is their responsiveness in their dispatching. They kind of split up and the main office is moved to a different state, so they have to go from one state to another to get a hold of someone. Once in awhile it takes awhile to get back, but they are getting better.

They removed the old water heater. They drained the water and they installed a new water heater. Pretty much did what they were paid to do. They did a good job.

I have a service agreement with them. I have been doing business with them for many years. It was disappointing once when I had an issue and called them but they didn't respond, so i went to another service provider. I would use them again.

I called the number on our furnace. This was my first experience with Roland J Down, as we just bought the house in May of this year. The technician came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. His name is Robert M (ID 271-00333). He gave us options on what we can do. I would highly recommend this company.

We didn't use as we never received the estimate.

I grew happy with it and I would recommend them. We have an annual contract with them.

I have been a customer for 30 years.

I had a problem with a spider that made a nest in a real small tube in my gas furnace. The nest was preventing the gas from igniting properly throughout the system. It took them a long time, but they found it. It wasn't your typical problem. They do good work and maintained it under warranty. They show up on time.

I've been in this house for over 20 years and they were, for about 17 of those years, people that I used to go to. But when my unit appeared to be old, they were like, "Well, you need a new one." It was just very inconsistent information. I had another company come out and give me another estimate on what they were saying of the problem and it was a totally different issue, it wasn't what they were saying was wrong with the unit. The other company said, "There is nothing wrong with this unit. Just because it's old doesn't mean there is anything wrong with it. You've taken good care of it." So I have not used them since that issue came up. The technicians are generally nice, the ones that come are personable and nice. But I need people to give me the right information. They could maybe have somebody, even within their company, give a second opinion so that I don't have to go outside of the company to get a second opinion. So maybe if there is a question mark about a particular issue with the furnace or whatever it is, if I was not in agreement or I don't feel comfortable or whatever, say, "Well, let's have somebody else look at it." So, internally, doing some self monitoring and self assessment. That would have been much better. But now I don't really trust them.
