They came in and tackled my carpenter any problem. The initial treatment has significantly improved the issue and they have followed up to see if I have had any further issues. They have scheduled a 60 day second treatment to make sure everything is taken care of and I am sure that will be handled just as well.

Affordable, professional, friendly and excellent service were some of the words used to describe customer's experiences. I called around 8:30 in the morning. Immediately, I was explaining my situation to Matt (the owner). He told me he could be at my house in a few hours. He arrived, applied the solution to my nest, and was on to the next satisfied customer within 2 hours. Matt is very professional, yet personable. He explained to me every step of his procedure. It's been over 2 weeks now since Matt's application. There has not been one bee back to the nest.
