Auburn Siding Window & Door

Because of COVID, my windows were delayed. Communication from the salesman could have been better, but that is nit picking. I am super happy with my windows - and one set was very difficult to place. Despite this, the job was done perfectly. It is VERY obvious which of my windows were placed by ASW&D. My rooms are MUCH warmer, and sound from the road less noticeable. Owner was very kind and professional. My house was left cleaner than when they started. Hope to replace the rest of my windows in the near future using ASW&D.

They are professional and prompt. Very easy to work with and no pressure sales. Price is very reasonable for the quality of Windows and work is top notch. We will buy from again.

A complete estimate was provided along with a sample of the window options. Some additional work was req'd due to an odd existing window frame. A well known Syracuse company tried to double their originally offered price after realizing this situation existed. ASWD saw it right away and included a very small adder in their price. They arrived on time and worked on the job until it was entirely done. They also installed interior jams and did a very nice job.

Very responsive. Owner had his sales manager call me to set up initial appointment at the house to identify needs. He made some good suggestions about doing bottom half of bathroom windows with a frosted glass panel, which I would not have thought of. Following the measurements by the salesman and his assistant, old windows were tagged with a yellow label. Owner then came by one evening to make his own measurements and verify the measurements taken by the salesman. About 6 weeks later as promised I was called that the windows were shipped and installation was done by the owner and 3 experienced craftsmen over two days the following week. 1st day was removal of old windows and installation of new ones, 2nd day was completing outside trim. Windows look great, are very high quality, work great and really improve the appearance of the house both inside and out. I will invite this contractor to give me quotes on a new front door and living room bay window next year. Completely satisfied with everything!

Good product. Good work. Reasonably responsive. Didn't provide screens for custom shaped windows, but reduced cost.

Great folks to work with. Great attention to details - siding, doors, windows are perfect. Our house has some years on it and has been expanded making it harder to work on than the average house - Bob, Dan, and the team did an amazing job. they were patient, work through pop-up issues, and the attention to detail is impeccable. Prices are very reasonable - better than some of the contractors that zip and and out. They know their customers and treat them well, shortly after the new siding went in a rock+lawnmower incident put a hole in the siding. Dan was out in a few days and got it replaced for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

All of the work was of pretty good quality, but their customer service was not great. I had to continuously contact them to come back to get the work done as opposed to them getting the scheduling done. Eventually the work did get done, but it took longer than what I had anticipated.
