+ 1 moreAwesome. Just Awesome. Of all the contractors I have worked with in building my home Walter has been the best. Almost no problems at all and when a few did pop up, Walter took care of them. No adjustments in pricing, just this is what we need to do, this isn't beyond the scope of what we talked about it, I will get it taken care of.
Description of Work: I needed a land bridge built over 150 feet of wetlands, excavating done for well lines, propane tank, electrical service, and foundation along with back filling and drainage. He also built my septic, graded out my lawn and driveway, and stoned my driveway.
