Description of Work: Moved pictures from one computer to another.

Description of Work: FHG Systems installed a completely new computer for me. I had a lot of important files that Jim from FHG put on the new system. My old system was XP, the new one is Windows 7. I had things on my 12-year old computer that could not be transferred to the new system, they were too old (like my mailing list). Jim customized my computer to a dual-boot system where I can open either XP or 7 and use either one. He installed everything I needed, took care of updating Norton, Adobe, Picasa, etc., transferred all my files and photos. He also called a few weeks later and came back to help me learn some things I had not been able to figure out on 7. Jim was very patient and very knowledgeable. He listened carefully to my needs and concerns and addressed every one. He realized I'm not very tech-savvy and installed very user-friendly software for me. He is prompt and returns call promptly. I have also used him several times in the past to clean up my old system because it was running slow, and I was very pleased with his work then as well. I got another couple of years out of my old computer before having to replace it. I did procrastinate as long as I could in changing over to a new computer because most people I know have all kinds of problems when they do it, but I must say none of my worries came to pass and the switch was very smooth. I'm very happy with my new computer and highly recommend FHG Systems. Every problem I had or was concerned about has been resolved. Many thanks to Jim and FHG Systems!
