They did everything, they checked everything. The air conditioning system and the heating system and I'm very pleased with them. They're professional, they're there when they say, they have all the tools and equipment, they don't have to go running about getting anything and they're a well organized company.

They have been great, and have done a lot of things. They will be out to do a few more things. They did a good inspection and noticed things that other people missed. They did have a few delays due to emergencies, but they communicated with me so it was understandable. They were very polite, and all of their recommendations were very knowledgeable. They did not try to oversell me, or just put anything in. The recommendation was very good. I would recommend them I think.

As usual for a home tune up on a boiler, readings were taken and that was about it. Because of the age of boiler he didn't want to disturb it too much. What surprised me was he didn't bring any oil to oil the unit. Basic step but he couldn't do it.

The man was very late. Told us our chimney was blocked and we had a high CO2 reading so turned off our furnace and left. Being the end of October and quite cold my disabled husband could not get the furnace working again and my son had travel 30 minutes each way to re-start it. We've spoken with Terry several times for a refund but she advised she was waiting to hear from you. Please help.

We like that this is a local, family-owned business (father and 3 sons). Aaron and his 2 brothers replaced our 28 year old air conditioning unit. They arrived exactly on time, were finished in 5 hours, took away all of the old equipment and left the furnace room and yard immaculate. Their price for equipment and labor was very reasonable and honest. After completion, they went over the entire unit, both inside and outside. They patiently answered all of our questions. We highly recommend this honest, professional company.

Aaron showed up right on time, covered his shoes, and did the best job I have ever seen on a furnace check. He did a few tests I have never seen done in all the years I've been a homeowner. WHEN AARON CAME TO THE DOOR HE INTRODUCED HIMSELF CAME IN WAS GOING TO PUT COVERS ON HIS SHOES WHICH I SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE TO, I PROCEED TO SHOW HIM TO THE BASEMENT WHERE I STARTED TO ASK HIM SOME QUESTIONS AS MY FURNACE IS 26 /YEARS OLD AND HE POLITELY ANSWERED THEM IN DETAIL HONESTLY, WHICH I ASKED HIM TO BE. HE PROCEED TO START WORKING ON MY FURNACE. WHEN AARON WAS DONE HE CAME UPSTAIRS WITH A WRITTEN SHEET AS TO WHAT HE HAD DONE, HE EVEN HAD CHECKED MY HOT WATER HEATER AND TUNED THAT UP. HE LISTED HOW EFFICIENT AND THE PERCENT OF ALL OF THE TESTS HE HAD TAKEN. I WAS VERY PLEASED AS TO THE EXTENT OF TESTING OF THE DIFFERENT PARTS THAT HE HAD TAKEN, I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT THERE WERE SO MANY THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE TAKEN, I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED, MY FURNACE WAS IN PRETTY GOOD CONDITION FOR ITS AGE, BUT I COULD GET MUCH MORE EFFICIENCY IF I REPLACED MY FURNACE WITH A NEW UP TO DATE ONE, WHICH I ALREADY KNEW I WAS LIVING ON BORROWED TIME WITH THE ONE I HAVE.ALSO, MY NIAGARA MOHAWK BILL WOULD BE ALOT LESS WHICH IN THIS DAY AND AGE EVERYONE IS LOOKING TO SAVE MONEY. I WOULD RECOMMEND WHEELER HEATING & COOLING IN A HEARTBEAT. THEY. MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH ANGIE'S LIST WAS A VERY POSITIVE ONE, I AM SO GLAD THAT I TOOK THAT FIRST STEP AND IT WAS WITH SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH WHEELER HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING.
