They are very good. They are a family owned business. They came out on a Thursday and said I needed a new one air conditioner and explained why. Then they came back on a Saturday which is there off day to replace it. Then I had a leak inside and they were here the next day to fix it.

Aaron Wheeler was wonderful. He was so helpful and patient, and gave many hints on how to get the most out of our air conditioning unit (when to change filter, filter size, batteries in the thermostat, how to make the best use of our fan, etc.). He was professional and kind. I would definitely recommend Aaron and Wheeler Heating and Cooling.

Exccellent- he described everything he was doing, happy to answer questions; very thorough.

The first trip they looked at the system, saw the problems with it, and advised us as to what the problems were that the previous owner did not take care of, and how they could be corrected. The second trip they got the system running, did a complete analysis of the system once it swas running, and also rewired some improper wiring in the Electric panel. The invoice was wonderfully detailed and precise.

They were out within a week, surveyed the unit, suggested necessary repairs and replacements came back a week later to finish the job. Their bill was vey detailed and specific, very exceptional service

As always, punctual and very polite. Last year cautioned about limited life of furnace and as expected, they had to disconnect for heat. Had no qualms about having them replace furnace with a new Bryant at reasonable price.

This is my first purchase through Angies List and it went perfect. This is a family owned and run business that takes tremendous pride in their work. They showed up on time and went about their work professionally. When they were done they cleaned everything up and explained about the new unit, warrantees and other paperwork. They made sure all my questions were answered. Wheeler is now my new heating and cooling company.
