Work was done very professionally and promptly.
Description of Work: I've used Valley before and have always been happy. I had them trim some large trees, they gave me good advice on what was needed. They came within a day or so to do the estimate, and then did the work a few days later. In addition to excellent trimming, they did a super clean up. The price is always very reasonable. Great folks.

When they finally got back to me, which was weeks later, they set up a time to come by the house to do the job. I couldn't take the day off so I trusted them on their own. It had started to rain that day but I assumed they would make the right decisions. When I got home that night, 5 of the stumps were ground down and the ENTIRE front lawn was carved up with churned up mud clumps and deep ruts. I called them up to speak to them and they said "yea, we got a little stuck" I asked, "why didn't you stop as soon as you saw there was going to be a problem?" They replied, "oh, it'll all come back up n the Spring. we'll take a little off the bill" Here is is late April and I had to do all this lawn patch work myself. My front lawn is ruined. I should've had them fix it for free.
Description of Work: Called these guys to come out and grind down 7 stumps I had on the front hill of the house that I couldn't reach with a rental grinder.

FIRST OF ALL I HAD A HARD TIME GETTING THEM TO CALL BACK. WE ASKED THEM TO CUT FOUR BRANCHES AND THEY SAID THEY WOULDN'T CUT THE FOURTH. THEY LEFT A BRANCH HANGING FROM A TREE AND WE HAD TO CUT IT AND TAKE IT DOWN. THE FATHER AND THE SON WERE SCREAMING AT EACH OTHER. IT WAS NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: THEY CUT BRANCHES OFF OF SOME TREES IN THE FRONT LAWN.
