The brothers arrived on time for the estimate and the price was right. I hired them and called to confirm that they were coming to do the job. They stated that they would be there. During this confirmation call, he stated that he was not sure if they could fix the ice maker. During this same phone conversation, he also informed me that they could no longer get the supplies and bring them with them to the job site. They said that I would have to go to Home Depot and pick them up myself. He said they "were short on cash." He also told me previously that they cost $2.00 a piece. I needed 5 so we are talking $10.00. We ended our conversation. After revisiting the conversation, I called him back and told him not to come. A few minutes after I got off the phone with one brother, I received a phone call from the other brother wanting to know what had transpired. I began to explain to him what was said, and he wanted to argue with me. I told him that I was not going to argue with him, and I said, "Have a nice day." I hung up the telephone.

The damaged concrete was worse than originally anticipated, but they worked through the problems spending additional time until it was completed to everyone's satisfaction. They would not quit until it was done right. And they did not charge extra for the additional time and materials. The price was more than fair and they were very conscientious.

They are really decent people and they are honest. They do the work and they try to get it done as efficiently and as reasonably as possible. They stick with it unless it rains or his truck has met with an accident. They will come over for odd things at odd hours. They have really been very helpful and promising. If he doesn’t know how to do it, he will get somebody. For example, he had to put in lights in our front porch and had to do new wiring. He brought somebody who could do better. It really turned out very well.

Excellent. The perfection with which they held themselves with the painting was great. I literally have 100 windows and painting around them can be tedious. The past painters did not do a good job, so they had to fix some of their mistakes. I was quite impressed with the amount of detail and care they put into the work.

They did tree trimming and fixed my gutters. They did carpentry work. Our house has an overhang. They did an excellent job of replacing that.
