From the time the one-way door was installed until it was eventually removed and the final entry point sealed, I haven't heard any squirrels in the porch ceiling. I would definitely contact Thomas Pest Services in the future if I had any other problems.

The gentleman who helped us was fantastic. Personable, patient, and willing to teach us. S we understood our options, as well as the best choices for us right now. We've never owned a house before so pest control is not something we have any knowledge of. I feel he took care of us and our house, made sure we made good choices, but didn't pressure sell us anything even though there is probably a lot more stuff we need to do to be totally pest free- mouse trapping, wasps, etc. I will definitely want to use Thomas again when I'm able to afford more work. They were great. I put 0 in the cost because I honestly don't remember what it was.

Originally, Thomas Pest Service sent a rep to my house in February because of a problem I was having with ants. As I wrote in a previous review, the rep (also the owner of the company) said I was doing a good job with what I was using to combat the pests and to continue using it for a few more weeks. There was no charge for this recommendation. I was so impressed with his honesty -- he could have told me I needed one of his treatments and charged me -- that when his response to my friendly chatting about how I needed some minor work done around the house (curtain rods hung, new door handle and bolt lock installed, new threshold installed, etc.) was his company does this type of work also, I asked him to give me an estimate for the to-do things on my list. A couple of days later he called back with the estimate, and we arranged for a date. Dave, one of the employees, came to my house on March 13 and in two hours did the half dozen to-do tasks on my list, and he did them very well. A couple of the tasks he did was to repair items that had been done poorly by someone else (not someone from Angie's list), and the final result of Dave's work was much better than the original work. Also, the work comes with a one-year guarantee. I gave them a "B" for price, and that may be unfair because I didn't get another estimate so I have nothing with which to compare the price I was charged. I will not hesitate to call the company again when I have a to-do list.

Thomas Pest Services are the most friendly and easy going people to deal with. Their prices are reasonable and they are happy to work with you to get your job finished right! I have used them 2 times for different pest needs and if I'd need to get them again I wouldn't hesitate! They are responsive through social media, phone, email, etc. They are really nice people.

They were extremely professional and friendly. They were willing to work with my payment arrangements, which was difficult the week of Christmas! I have had to call them for other pest issues and experience the same great respect and friendliness and professionalism. I can't recommend them enough!!!

Thomas Pest Services have very reasonable price and because they honor the Angie's List discount, the charges us less. He got the animal out of there and it was pretty good. They were timely and he did a lot of things. He explained why the things hide and how to get rid of them. Whoever they sent was excellent. If I had any pest problems, I would call them.

I Called Thomas Pest Control and the next day a worker came to my 3 Family Rental house to look the situation over (free of charge). After a thorough investigation, the man gave me some different options on how they can remedy the problem and the cost. We elected to wait till after the holidays to have them come back to do the work. Before both men came to the house, Thomas Pest Control emailed me a picture of who was coming which I thought was good. Initial work cost approx. $500. but was able to use the .15% coupon I printed from Angies List. I expect Thomas Pest Control to return 2 or 3 more times to redo some areas if needed for an additional cost. I thought the workers for Thomas Pest Control were very professional and wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

had a big problem with yellow jackets. Kyle came and was honest and told us he couldn't eradicate the bees but could eliminate most of them for at least 3-months. he sprayed all around our home and into areas around our porches and other areas. all I know is the bees were gone , we are allergic to them. we didn't need a return application for the rest of the season. will use them again next spring if needed. have used them before for bats. highly recommend them.

Bill arrived as scheduled, evaluated the job and provided the cost for the work. I am unfamiliar with the normal cost for such work but believed the cost was reasonable. A few days later, Tadd arrived as scheduled, caulked the fascia and installed exit netting for the bats in two locations. Five days later the bats had left their nesting area, Tadd returned and sealed up the remainder of the fascia. Both Bill and Tadd were very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. When Tadd completed the work he cleaned up the area. Everything was done to my satisfaction.

Great! One of the owners, Sarah answered the phone. She asked me what day was good and the said "will you be home today? I said yes and they were here at 3pm. Very prompt and courteous, explained what would be done in detail, service man was extremely polite. He used eco-friendly chemicals and removed the nest very quickly. I would definitely call them again! I was totally satisfied.

The first time did not work and the bees were back a few days later so they didn't completely eliminate the nests. I called them back and they came the same afternoon and this time the bees nests were eliminated. They stood by their work and did not charge me for the second visit.

I was very impressed with this company. They were prompt and friendly. The owner came out to do the estimate and another worker came out to do the actual work. Both were very good.

I was told by someone who was doing work at my house that I had carpenter ants. Upon recommendation from a friend, I called Thomas Pest Control. Phone was answered very pleasantly by a person who scheduled Bill Clark to come the next day between 11 AM and 1 PM. A confirmation email was sent to me along with a picture of Bill so I would know who to expect. Shortly after 11 AM, Bill came to my home. Asked me what the problem was and I showed him where the worker said I had the carpenter ants. He checked it and said they were just regular ants and not a problem. He then went on to inspect the entire outside of the house, inside and basement. Then advised me that I had no problem and he would recommend no treatment. He was very professional and knowledgeable about pest infestation and how they can invade a home. The best part was that when I asked him how much I owed him for inspecting my house and easing my mind, and he said "nothing". Just call us when you do have a problem. I was just amazed and will definitely contact them should I have any concerns. These people are not out to take your money! I am a widow and he could have easily told me I needed all kinds of things and I won't have known better. In my opinion, they deserve all the business they can get! If you have a pest concern, call them first. By the way, they not only do work in the Albany area but will travel, so call them even if you live a distance away from the Capital Region.

The owner of Thomas Pest Service arrived and determined that we have flying squirrels in our attic along with some mice. I explained that we had flying squirrels in our attic in the past and that there was likely leftover feces from the prior infestation. He understood and said he was going to find and seal the entry points and set traps to eliminate the pests. The service people were very professional and courteous and after a couple visits had not caught any flying squirrels. At that point they determined that the flying squirrel feces must have been left over from the prior infestation and changed out the traps to catch mice. They caught a few mice and assured me that the problem was solved. After about a week my wife and I once again heard the noise in our attic at 3am. I called Thomas once again and they sent out a technician. The technician once again determined it was flying squirrels! I asked him where they were coming in now and where they were coming in before. Upon closer examination, it was determined that the rodents were coming in through the exact same location and that the entry was never sealed off. I spoke with the owner once again and he was completely oblivious to the fact that his company failed to seal the entry way and wanted to charge me another $500 to remove the pests that I had already paid him $750 to remove. We settled on $315 and the work was performed. As you may expect once they actually sealed off the entry point the pests no longer appeared in my attic.

The inspection was excellent, the technician did not find evidence of termites and there was not a charge. I would do business with them again based on their honesty.

For about 60 dollars a month they will com once a month and keep the pests at bay....we live in East Berne...on a small lake in the woods...where mice and other pests are everywhere....since they first came in may to a**** our problem....we have not had a mouse or any insects ( spiders...ants)....in or around our home....well worth it....very professional and friendly

We have problems with ants around the outside of the house and wasps near the attic, we also have had some issues with problematic mammals. The service guy came out and did a walk around of the property and gave us some advice for dealing with the mammals. He then suggested getting an outdoor treatment of the house for the insects which could be performed at a later date. The company called the next day (Friday) and came out on Saturday morning to perform the treatment. Overall the company was great, willing to work around our schedule and offered us some good advice. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for pest control service.

I moved into a house that had a flea problem. Thomas service has sprayed twice. I am still seeing fleas but they said there is a 30 day warranty so they will come back and spray again. They have answered all my questions and have called back within the same day

We were pleased, and if we did have pest control help, we would call Thomas again.
