We called and were given an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived on time and talked with us about our problem. He successfully applied a solution and removed the hive from the tree. Luckily he did not get stung which was a concern since the he told us that hornets can sting right through his bee suit. The removal was successful, the price was reasonable and done in a very timely manner. We are very pleased with the result and would recommend this company.

The service man answered any questions and concerns that I had and then treated the house with spray and powder. The carpenter bees started dropping very soon after that. They did do two additional follow up treatments for an additional cost of $100 each. I am happy with their services.

I found Thomas Pest Services on Angie's List. They were highly rated so I thought I'd give them a try. I booked an initial appointment and they came over the very next day to evaluate my concerns. The technician was prompt, friendly and extremely professional. Within a few days Thomas Pest Services came back and performed the full treatment..again arriving exactly when they said they would and with another technician who was again, very friendly, professional and highly informative. I really feel like this company runs a tight business with a strong emphasis on customer service and a high level of expertise in their field. I was completely satisfied with the price for the treatment as well as the quote for a year around service contract of upkeep every two months for $50 a visit which is very competitively priced based on the local competition. I also found the email confirmations of my appointments really helpful in terms of a convenient way to both be reminded of the appointment as well as an electronic way to reschedule when needed. When the technician arrived on the day of the treatment, he presented me with a comprehensive new customer packet of information that was both helpful and informative. I highly recommend Thomas Pest Services and will use them again as well as recommend them to my friends and family. Another nice touch is that this is a local family run small business and they seem to take great pride in offering excellent personalized service. It's bad enough when you need an exterminator but when you find a good one it really takes the edge off an otherwise bad situation : ) GOOD JOB!

I am very pleased with the services, professionalism, and commitment performed by Thomas Pest Services. On an early Monday morning around 7:15 a.m. Brian showed up to perform a wasp (yellow jackets) removal service. Entire service I would say was about 45 minutes which entailed assessing the situation, relaying that information to me, performing whatever is necessary to rid the wasps from the siding of my home, and payment. Brian was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and what to expect with any future bee activity. From Monday until Thursday the same week I saw considerable less activity in the area, however, I did see a few bees coming in and out of treated area. Brian did say that it could take up to a week or more for the wasps to be gone from the nest. Just to validate I called the office Thursday morning explaining the situation and the phone representative (very nice by the way) insisted that someone stop by to take another look at the area. That same day Bill, the operations manager stopped by and spent probably about a solid 30 minutes (in addition to what Brian already spent) treating the infected area in order to rid the remaining bees. And when done he told me that if there are any other issues to let them know and we?ll stop by again. This is family run business with what seems to be a tight group of employees who work together and are dedicated to customer satisfaction. This is what impresses me the most about Thomas Pest Control. The prices are competitive and thus far the service was awesome. Thanks everyone. Only wish I knew about your company when I had a flying squirrel in the attic!

The entire process was very well explained as well as future treatments. No pressure sales and very professional behavior.

The Office provided a number for a Bee Keepers Collective in Fulton Count. I called but did not use the Bee Keeper because of scheduling a scheduling conflict. I called another service and the came to inspect with no charge.

It didn't. I never received a proposal in writing, nor did anyone try to contact me after that. I like to deal with professionals and in my opinion, this company has a lot to learn in that area.

company was very responsive, friendly. Service went perfectly. They answered me quickly, were attentive. Aaron provided great information, was patient with all my questions. Explained every step so I knew exactly what was being done and what I could do in the future.

We had been having issues with bees, wasps, hornets, yellow jackets around the house -- more so this year than in past years. I am very allergic to bee stings so my husband wanted the situation dealt with as quickly as possible. When he phoned the service provider, he was assisted promptly. We were able to get an ongoing maintenance program set up which was just what we were looking for and we had an appointment set up very promptly without any long wait. My husband said the person he spoke with was so sympathetic and understanding about my allergy issue. Then we received an email confirming the appointment made and containing a photo of the person coming to the house so we would be secure with who we would be dealing with. On the day of the appointment, we were contacted by Brian the service manager to let us know he could be at our house early. He was and went over in detail with my husband the more problematic areas. Brian sprayed all around the house and was so efficient and professional. In addition, he was friendly to our little dog and was so nice and kind and friendly to my husband and me. We were so happy that we found Thomas's on Angie's List and are beyond thrilled knowing that every other month our house will be protected and that I will not have to worry about bees getting inside any more. And we will receive email notifications about when the net maintenance appointment will be set up.. In addition we were assured that if, after the spraying, bees reappeared all we have to do is call and let Thomas's know and someone will be here promptly to deal with the problem. Things don't get too much better than this. Wonderful!

I called Thomas Pest Services at 9am and spoke to a gentleman at the call center. I received a call back within one hour and they were able to come to my house the same day. I was sent an email with the name and picture of the employee who was to do the work. They completed the work quickly and professionally. They wore booties in my house (so many contractors don't) and did an excellent job of evicting the pests. Highly recommended.

It went very smoothly! Each day, either Aaron or Brian would come out. Aaron fixed and secured the gable vents and set the original round of traps. Brian came out on a couple of days to check the traps, taking away the squirrels that had entered the traps and replacing the traps with newly-set ones. By the end of the work, it was apparent that there were no more squirrels inside the house. Aaron came back on the last day to remove the traps permanently and repair the soffit. Both Aaron and Brian were prompt, extremely courteous, and genuinely nice and knowledgeable people (we talked a lot about different kinds of wildlife in the area, and what we could do to mitigate the damage they were doing to the property). They both worked quickly, and the quality of the work was superb. For the first time in awhile, we feel pretty impervious to incursion by squirrels, which was driving us slightly batty (and frightening our daughter!). Despite the price, which seems fairly high, I will definitely call Thomas the next time we need pest control services. We'd be pleased to work with Aaron and Brian again.

Provider showed up on time on four different occasions over several months and has eliminated problem. Staff is professional and courteous.

Both visits were fantastic. Our basement was cleaner after the employee left. The traps are completely out of eye-sight, which was important for me. I'm also 6 months pregnant and they were very considerate about taking care of our rodent/bat problem without using anything that could be detrimental to the pregnancy. We will be seeing them again in a few weeks to take care of the bats in the attic. In the meantime, they come out every other month (and any time we call) to clean up any dead animals, etc. It's really wonderful. I wish I had called them MUCH sooner.

Got rid of carpenter ants and so far no problems plan to have them back next season

Service was exceptional. Brian did a great job, was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Since our original service, we have sinced signed up for the quarterly service.

I scheduled flea treatment with Thomas before moving into a new-to-me house after I discovered fleas on all three floors. Scheduling was easy through their office, but I still had to wait a few days. I was quoted "between $300-400" for the first treatment and "between $250-$325" for the follow-up treatment. When I asked for a more definitive number based on my square footage, I was told that the tech would come up with the final amount upon seeing the house. The tech showed up late and immediately quoted the upper limit. He lowered the price for the first treatment by $25 when I told him that I wouldn't pay that because the house was not at the upper limit square footage that the scheduler had cited and that the treatment would go easy because there was no furniture to work around. I agreed to the new price, primarily because I wanted the fleas gone. He then prepared his spray can and told me that he would only need 30 minutes. I didn't stay the entire time because I had to return to work, so I can't confirm how long the treatment took. When I returned to the house in the evening I found four dark stained areas (one on my newly installed carpet) in the exact shape of the spray can. Thankfully the stains lifted after using a carpet shampooer. I cancelled the follow-up appointment because I didn't think that 30 minutes of sloppy work was worth it. The one good comment I can leave is that Thomas uses convenient email reminders for upcoming appointments.

I contacted the provider on 1/7/15, had an almost immediate response and arranged for free inspection the next day. Bill Clark, operations manager came with a colleague and presented as very knowledgable and professional, with an academic background in entomology. We agreed on the heat treatment as the best option and scheduled it for the following week. I needed to vacate the house along with three cats for 12 hours, and do some prep work so that certain vulnerable items would not be damaged by the high temperature. M!y son moved back into his bedroom the night after the treatment (he had been relocated for almost 3 months) and reported some bites the next morning. I contacted Bill who said it generally takes up to 3 days for all activity to cease and that he would get back to me in a week so make sure the activity was over. When he called the following week, my son was still experiencing occasional bites. He also had seen live bugs in his room. After discussing the options, we decided on conventional treatment with pesticides as a follow-up and the technicians were scheduled for the following day. They indicated that a major infestation like we had (probably dating back to the summer in that one room) usually required additional treatments. Again I vacated the house for about 5 hours, and the cats were sequestered in the basement so that they would not get poisoned by the treatment. (As an aside, one of the technicians had experience as a vet tech so he helped me with the reluctant cats!) They treated the entire second floor, including drilling some holes in the wall of the offending room to get the bugs nesting in there, and patched the holes afterward. Throughout the process, Bill expressed several times that they would work with me until there was no sign of the bugs remaining. I also signed up for a one year maintenance plan to ensure that they are gone for good!

They did an excellent job. Bill came and provided the estimate. He had concerns about my steep slate roof and had one of the men who does the work come and inspect to be sure he would be comfortable on the roof. Dave and Aaron did a great job finding, sealing and then cleaning up afterward The were all very courteous and professional. Couldn't ask for a better team.

Very well. The Thomas office staff and technicians are very service oriented, and they try to be sure the customer understands what they're doing, why and what the treatment substances are.

We had previously used a competitor to remove several nests in our gable vent the year before. This year, the nests were back, and I couldn't get that competitor to return to inspect their work as it appeared it wasn't done as well as it should have been. They wanted to charge me another $300 just to check it! I hate when a company won't even stand behind their work! So we decided to try Thomas. Very friendly, professional, prompt and personable at all levels. The women who scheduled the appointments by phone were super friendly and got us appointments for service within a few days. The first service person who came out explained that the pests were not just in the gable vent but were behind the siding as well - could hear the "paper" noise of the nests behind the siding when he pushed on it. I expect this is what the competitor did not address the prior year. The guys who came out to perform each of the services were super nice, gave lots of info and answered many questions. We are not big on pesticide use (only when we really need to), and the service person was very patient in explaining the usage and answering all questions. They don't charge for every little thing, just come out and do the job and make sure the customer is happy- excellent customer service! We have signed up for additional preventive treatments for 2015 to get a handle on our yellow jacket problems. Would highly recommend them!

After the first treatment we still noticed a bee presence, although in a slightly different location. Russ returned several days later (at no additional cost). He surmised that the bees were within an outside wall, re-treated the original site, treated an additional site and treated an area of the wall from the inside. NO MORE BEES!
