For the most part, they've done a pretty good job. It's a deal where you pay so much and they come back and visit you three or four times, make sure they got all the bugs, all the ants in this case. They're pretty responsive. They're coming out again to follow up on the previous visit. They seem to do the work all right. They still haven't gotten all the ants. I haven't seen any lately, but we had a problem. We had several nests around, outside and inside, and they got most of them, but there were a couple outside that they missed because they were just not visible. They probably do as good a job as anybody. They seem knowledgeable, I guess, would be one way of describing it. There was a preceding visit last spring, maybe. I can't remember the exact date. The first visit was before this last one. We called them to have them come in, then we found additional ants, then they came back, and they did some more work, and now this next visit they're doing a follow-up, so that's kind of the way it worked.

Thomas' wildlife expert came to our house within 24 hours of our call and removed the nest. He even took the time to patch the exposed siding with some leftover siding we had in the garage. We were thoroughly impressed and appreciative of him not only removing the nest, but that he took the time to properly seal the hole so that this wouldn't happen again.

I called Thomas Pest Service on a Sunday afternoon and their wildlife specialist arrived the next morning. He promptly removed the bird's nest and patched up the hole in the siding to prevent future issues. He also recommended other DIY options for me to prevent other critters from getting into my house.

They inspected and monitored, hvac?ed my attic and continue to monitor outside of my house for rodent control. They have been out to my home approximately 5 times. They come and check periodically and report to back me. Also, the chemical rocks that they use outside are not harmful to pets. They also closed all points of entry for me and I have had no problems. I would recommend their services to others.

We had a bat problem at our home. Our suspicions were that they were in our attic and were entering the home from the attic. Over a three year period we had two other pest control services come to our home but I did not feel they did a complete job. After contacting Thomas Pest Control, a date and time was determined for someone to come out to the house and review our situation and give us an estimate. Their wildlife management person Aaron arrived right on time. Before entering our home he covered his shoes with shoe booties. He was very friendly and very polite. I explained to him how important it was to me that they be removed without being harmed. Aaron was very understanding and explained a little bit about his education in regards to wildlife and what was required by law in regards to bats. We live in a log home and there are many areas where a bat could hide on the outside of the house as well. He thoroughly checked all areas around the logs and where the logs meet the roof . He explained to us that on this first visit he would need to first determine where they might be hiding, sealing all of the secondary entries while leaving a couple of areas open for the bats to get in and out from the attic as this was during the time period that bats give birth and raise their young. Aaron would not and could not close it all up until the young bats could get out of the attic on their own. Aaron spent a lot of time caulking around the house and found what he felt were the two main entries. The two entries were left open until his second visit where he would be installing bat cones which allowed the bats to leave the attic but not able to return back into the attic. I was a little concerned but he certainly seemed to know what he was doing. Aaron told us if a bat did enter the house between visits that we could call him any time day or night and he would come and remove the bat. We were very impressed. During the time between his first and second visit, that first week was exceptionally quiet and it was obvious most of the bats had gone elsewhere. The night before his second return there was one bat visit but it definitely confirmed to us that he had indeed found the right opening where the bats were coming in from. To me that was very important. My husband had no problem getting the bat out of the window we opened for the bat to exit, so did not need to call Aaron. The cones were installed and left for a week or two (not sure) but enough time for all the bats to exit. Aaron came back, removed the cones and closed up the entries. In addition Aaron sprayed the outside foundation for carpenter ants as well as carpenter bees and closed up the bee holes as well. It has been two months now and no bats and no noises coming from our attic. Aaron showed that he had a great deal of pride in his work and we were extremely impressed with his work, knowledge and attitude. I would definitely use Thomas Pest Services again, and would recommend them to anyone who asked me about them. While I felt that their pricing was a bit higher than the services I had previously used, I feel confident the problem has been solved and if a problem did happen to occur during the warrantee period, that they would come out and deal with it for us immediately.
