Description of Work: After a complete home inspection, they baited for rodents and installed monitors for other activity. This visit was to inspect and re-bait as needed. They provide an excellent and informative report.

Description of Work: Removed a large hornet nest from my deck. They were very professional and cleaned up afterwards and used products that were not harmful to my pet.

Price was a bit more than we paid for a prior service but was much more comprehensive and very fair. Miguel was very knowledgable and through. The program itself is exactly what we were looking for - we will update our review after a few months of working with them but so far we are extremely pleased.

Description of Work: The representative arrived on time for an appointment to review a bee infestation. He quickly discerned that the bees were honey bees and, as a result, advised that he and his company do not destroy honey bee hives because of the pollenation crisis in the country. He nevertheless inspected the site of the infestation (the wall of a studio building) and offered his conclusions about where the hive was located. He also suggested that beekeepers in the area might be willing to try to extract the hive. Unfortunately, as his company was from Albany, about 30 miles away, he did not have the names of any beekeepers to recommend.

Description of Work: Removed a large wasp nest from pool patio. Technician was excellent! Very knowledgeable and courteous. Also dusted an area where wood bees were a problem. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: They were absolutely wonderful. While he was setting traps mid job he noticed that my toilet handle was breaking. He offered to replace it if i went and got the part. Excellent customer service.

Description of Work: My house was sealed to prevent mice from entering. Brian, the Service Manager and his partner, Aaron were great! They respected my decision to handle the situation humanely and showed me how to set my "Have a Heart" trap They were professional, prompt and informative. I plan to utilize Thomas Pest Services next year to spray for ants.

Description of Work: They provided exterior spraying around the foundation and eaves and inspected the basement and the attic crawlspace to assess other concerns. In a follow-up visit, about 1 month after the exterior spraying, they came to be sure the 1st one was effective. I signed a regular service contract, because the initial service was effective in keeping flies, ladies bugs and wasps away from the house. I haven't seen any ants inside. The bees nests outside aren't active.

Description of Work: So far we have been very impressed with the professionalism and results of the service from Thomas Pest Control. We had been invaded with lady-bugs that were very annoying. Since the treatment less that 2 wks. ago we have seen almost no bugs.We have contracted with Thomas for ongoing home pest control.
