Description of Work: They removed a colony of flying squirrels from our attic. They also closed an opening into our attic that a raccoon had created in order to have offspring. One of the one-way exits was put on backwards which allowed the flying squirrels to find their way back in but Thomas returned and corrected the problem. After the second visit we have been squirrel free for more than half a year. Service was professional and they stood behind their work.

Description of Work: Aaron was great. He was on time and was very helpful. Lisa also answers the phone right away and addresses all of my concerns. So far, so good. I signed a maintenance agreement with them to care for my property.

Description of Work: The provided a FREE estimate - of the entire house - interior AND exterior. The service person, Miguel, was amazing: informative, respectful, courteous, detailed. Definitely REQUEST Miguel.

Description of Work: They removed a hornets' nest from a tree in my yard and sprayed for wasps in a porch railing.

Description of Work: I did not use the service because of the price. The estimate for removal of appx 20 bats with minimal droppings (no piles of guano) and cleanup seemed way too high. They were very friendly and responsive and followed up about doing the service but I did not use them.

Description of Work: Our initial service was about $450 for the initial service and our monthly service is $68 a month. We had service in the beginning of May and then we had an unexpected ant issue arise. They came out right away to take care of it and did not charge us additionally!

Description of Work: They came out and sprayed for ticks and mosquitoes. There was a noticeable decrease in the number of flying bugs for the first 3 weeks, but no change in the number of ticks we pulled off the kids. I would use them again- I was pleased with the service and would call them if I have any other pest problems.

Description of Work: They were very thorough. We were plagued with yellow jackets that we had assumed were in the attic. He did a thorough inspection and found no nests, however did find evidence of mice. He applied poison all around the outside of the house and discovered carpenter ants. He then plugged a hole where he thought the mice may be finding access. I will have them twice more two months apart. So far no ants and no bees. He also remove two bees nest that they were in the process of building outside.
