He showed up for the estimate on time. He had to move back the date twice because of rain, but was in contact with us both days. Showed up on time when the weather had finally cleared up and when he left, our property was free of debris and the wood was neatly stacked. We choose him because of the positive reviews on Angie's List. He's coming back in the fall to trim a large maple and our neighbors have decided to use him as well because of our positive experience.

It went as bad as it could be. They have been back several times to redo areas. There are bare spots all over the floor. They broke fixtures, the fireplace, and other mistakes. They have been back 3 times and continue to make more mistakes each time they have been there. You could get a 5 year old to do better than what they have done.

We had a great experience. Cliff came out promptly at 7:45 in the morning for an estimate. We had already had two tree services out. They wanted to remove 4-5 trees, whereas Cliff said they really just needed to be pruned to open up around the house, but keep the canopy. We felt he was knowledgeable, straightforward, and so we asked him when he had time in his schedule. He was actually free that day as he was just coming back from vacation. Two hours later, he and his crew of two were back. Everyone worked hard, was pleasant, and the trees look great. What also impressed me was hearing Cliff tell his younger workers to do a good job, do it right, make it look nice, and watch the flowers.

They were very professional. Called the night before to say when they were coming. Did all the work very professionally and were extremely polite. They cleaned up when they were finished. I certainly would use them again.

It was truly a pleasure to work with Cutting Edge. They were on time, and they have great customer service and communication skills. They explained all of our options and the chemicals that they had used to do the work.

THEY ARE VERY QUICK IN COMING TO MY HOUSE. THEY'RE COURTEOUS. THEY TELL ME WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN AND IT HAPPENS. THEIR PRICE IS VERY GOOD. THEY KEPT THE PROJECT VERY CLEAN AND THEY CLEANED UP THEIR WORK AREAS.
