Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for a roof inspection and maintenance package. I have a spot on my roof which has leaked several times. I've tried to make the repairs myself, but have been unsuccessful thus far. I hired S&G to diagnose the issue and make the necessary repairs. | |Unfortunately, no root cause was determined during the visit. Minor work was performed, but a nail was removed and sealer used in its place. It was thought this was the problem. | |Following heavy rains over this past weekend, I went into the attic to observe and sure enough the spot was still leaking.
