When I called for the quote, Bob came over within 24 hours. I had the quote in writing within 48 hours. We set up the date for the work to start, March 19 at 8 AM. Bob and an employee came over promptly at 8 AM. They completed the livingroom that day and started on trim in the hallway and backroom. The second day, they completed the job. This included using two coats of paint on most walls and ceiling.The job looks fantastic. The crispness of the line between the ceilings and walls is impressive. They had no spills. They did not use tape around windows, floors, etc. They covered all furniture and flooring. Everything was done by hand with rollers and brushes. They are really professional and they know exactly how to do the job and not waste any time.They were pleasant and unobtrusive. We were in and out of the house both days. We felt very comfortable having them there when we weren't home. My three cats were not thrilled to have two strangers in the house, but they lived through it just fine.
