We agreed to a scheduled time for a free estimated quote for installing drywall at my property. He reached out after our agreed-upon, scheduled time to inform me that the meeting time was not going to work. Despite his lack of communication and tardiness, I agreed to reschedule for another time later in the day. After meeting at the property, he provided me with a fair quote and a decent turnaround time. I informed him that I was still looking at my options, and that the work would be on standby until I heard back from other trades regarding other projects that needed to occur before installing drywall. After a week of communicating updates regarding the status of the other trade work occurring before installing the drywall, he called me to confirm the status of the project because he had some work that he was looking to start at the end of the week for another perspective client. I informed him that we did additional demolition of the walls, and we may possibly need another quote for installing drywall in two days. When those two days came, I informed the main guy at the company that I received another quote that would be able to get the job done at a cheaper rate from people that I have worked with in the past. He responded back to me through text, cursing me out, even though I never guaranteed him the work and was transparent about the status of the project from the beginning. I would highly recommend that no one works with this company. They showed very poor customer service.
