He did a very good job. Each one of the people he has sent have been good. I had tried contacting them several times over a couple weeks and found out later they were on a commercial job and that’s why they hadn’t responded.
Description of Work: They changed an outlet from a very inconvenient location in the kitchen to a better place. He also repositioned my cable line to be over my fixtures.

We had a generator installed in April 2010 and the gentleman who installed it gave us a business card for Santorelli Electric. We were told this company could service the generator. We emailed them in March 2011 and we were told we would be put on their list of clients who needed generator service and the service would be done in April, which was fine. We waited until mid-May and I was called at work on the same day by a technician who said he would stop by that afternoon. I told him there was a chance no one would be home. The tech told me he had keys to all the generators they service so it was not necessary for anyone to be home. Upon arrival, the tech found he did not have the key he needed. He called and said he would stop back later in the week, which he did. He serviced the generator in less than 45 minutes. We received an invoice in the mail for 3.5 hours of labor. We called and inquired why we were being charged for 3.5 hours and did not receive a call back. We emailed Mr. Santorelli to inquire and were told in a response that we were being charged for the time the tech showed up when we weren't home as well as drive time. I explained what the tech told me but Mr. Santorelli seemed disinterested in negotiating, so to put the matter behind me I paid for 2 hours of labor which more than covered the drive time from Schenectady to Latham and the time it took to do the service. I will not be doing business with Santorelli Electric in the future. The lesson I learned from this situation is that it will be much easier and less costly to service the generator myself.
