Exceeded my expectations! The designer came to my home and created a plan for our master closet. She took all my belongings- clothes, shoes, purses etc into consideration. She thought of absolutely everything! The contractors who did the installation showed up on time and were very professional. My closet went from being a mess to a well designed highly functional space. The desinger creativity and I highly recommend Precision Upstate! It was a fabulous home improvement!!!

Their pricing was competitive. I only got one other estimate, and it was comparable. If we needed to, I would use them again. Everything went well, there was just one little thing I had a question about, that I didn't realize until the installers left. I called the company this morning since they weren't open on the weekend, and the response was exceptional; it was very good.

We recently purchased a used piece of furniture with the glass shelves missing. We went on Angie's List and saw Precision Glass listed. We sent an email to the provider with the measurements and they responded back to us within the hour with an estimate. The estimate was very fair and we contacted the provider to go ahead with the order. The order was completed the next day and we went to their place of business to pick up the glass shelves. The staff was very nice and professional, and would recommend Precision Glass.

I visited the showroom to see the various enclosure options. They were very helpful and provided insightful suggestions and recommendations. They patiently answered my questions and provided the pros and cons of each enclosure style. Once I selected the styles and options, they provided an estimate for both shower enclosures. When the general contractor doing the bathroom remodeling had each shower area ready, they measured for each enclosure, checked walls to ensure they were squared to the base and made adjustments in measurements to account for differences. The installations were scheduled and the installers arrived as arranged. They did an excellent job, working quietly and efficiently. They protected the shower bases and bathroom floor tile as they worked. They carefully cut the Zodiaq quartz top to the shower bench to accommodate the channel for the glass wall. There have been no issues with either shower installation in the year and half since they were installed. I highly recommend working with Precision Glass and Aluminum. It was a pleasant experience, and the product and service were excellent.

The delivered on exactly what they said they would on the scheduled date. Workmen were very professional. Nice job.

Ed and Shane arrived promptly and came in to assess the work to be done and what equipment they would need. They went down to their truck and got everything they needed to do the work. They got right to it, and took the first (smaller) mirror right down in one piece (it had been glued to the wall). Then they tackled the second mirror, which was essentially the size of the wall over the bathtub, and was also was glued to the wall. After working on it for about five minutes, they had it down in one piece! These guys really know their stuff. They cleaned up after themselves (not that there was really much cleaning to do), and took the old mirrors out in a jiffy. They were courteous and professional throughout. I had been warned by others that the removal of the mirrors would leave big holes in the walls, but the way they did it, there were no holes to be seen. I could not be more satisfied with their service, would use them again in a heartbeat, and would highly recommend them to others.

Staff was helpful in making pre-purchase decisions. They didn't push the most expensive options, but reviewed pros and cons of various choices. Flexible in setting installation time and dates and payment options. Installers arrived as scheduled, in fact a little early, finished in less time than the scheduled. Staff was easy to deal with pleasant and helpful. The product was as good as I had hoped. The only concern was that there were cheaper alternative, but we felt that the quality of the product as well as their reputation made the price difference insignificant.

Called and got a quote over the phone. Ordered it and paid over the phone with a credit card. They do deliver, for a fee, but my husband opted to pick up the piece of glass. It was ready the day after I ordered it and was wrapped very safely in cardboard. The dimensions were correct and it fits the table well. We have used them in the past for a custom master bedroom closet and the semi-frameless glass for the shower in our new house. Very pleased with their service and products.

Tom was helpful when it came to providing an estimate and scheduling. The crew that did the install showed up on time & took the time needed to do it properly.

Presicion glass was a subcontractor on the project and worked seamlessy with the other trades. The work was done quickly and neatly. This work was done more than 10 years ago but looks and performs as good as new.

They were very good. Their price also was good and they were prompt. They were very flexible on the closet design I wanted and delivered what they promised. They do this kind of work for other contractors in the area and they are pretty well known around here. This company is very reliable.

When I purchased the house, I needed a new shower door installed the bathroom. The service person came quickly, did a good job and cleaned up afterward. When I sold the house, I broke an old storm window in the process. I needed to have the storm repaired quickly. It was and at a very reasonable price.

I visited the showroom and worked with Tom Lyons one of the owners. I was able to see the shower enclosure units on display and Tom answered all my questions. He provided a written estimate with a drawing of the frameless system. After the shower bases were installed and the walls tiled someone came to the house to take multiple measurements and check the straightness of the walls and if not plumb, to determine how far off they were. The showers were done one at a time as the baths were remodeled. About two weeks after each measurement was made the shower door systems were installed. The installer was very professional and a true craftsman. He took time to ensure the installation was right and paid close attention to details. When one piece of the semi-frameless door system was not correct he returned the next day with the correct part, even though he initially thought it would take 2 to 3 days to get the part. Instead he had it overnighted so he could finish the job and get me a working shower sooner. At that time both baths were in different stages of remodeling and there were no working showers or baths in the house. The shower doors look great and the installations are tight. I highly recommend working with Precision Glass and Mirror if you need custom shower enclosures.

Precision glass removed and delivered the mirrors without incident and kept them secure till a plan was in place to hang them. Experience and safety were evident as they discussed the HOW of this difficult task. I received messages back almost immediately in the planning and all employeeswere patient with my husband and my questions and concerns. The mirrors are a beautiful addition to our home and a wonderful reminder of a cherished friend. These peoople are very professional, very pleasant to deal with. I was having a very small bathroom remodeled. My size limitations necessitated going with a 36" shower. A shower this small gets a lot of water pressure on the glass walls and coupling that with going to a semi-frameless design was a challenge to not have leaks. And that is what happened - when it was first installed it leaked afterwards. A phone call brought the original installer to my house accompanied by their "fixer" guy. When they left the shower worked great and I have been nothing but pleased in the eight months since. They recommend squeegee-ing the walls down after each use (as they pretty much recommend for ANY shower) and using a drying cloth and I have been religious about that. I have not had to clean the shower walls and my shower looks brand new all the time, even with our hard water. I went with clear glass walls but Precision can hook you up with any style glass you want. What I think I liked best about them is that they don't try to "sell" you something. Tom, the owner, really listened to my needs, my wants, and my price range and made a recommendation that fit best for me.

Very responsive to what we wanted but also offered suggestions as to what would work the best. They have a nice showroom with different shower enclosures on display. We were concerned about leaks and door placement and pros and cons about each were discussed. Installation was on time and installers were very professional. After installation we were concerned about water spots on the glass, and they helped us to deal with that also. I just love the new shower glass enclosure! I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
