They explained that they were pretty booked but would squeeze us in before winter arrived. They were true to their word. The crew showed up early morning and we're completely done by the end of the day. What a well run project. And the roof looks great.

I had concerns about what the roof was made out of as I got mixed feedback from local handymen. So I went on Angie's List to research A Grade Roofers and Pinnacle came up. I spoke to Kevin and told him I was concerned that the roof could in fact be Asbestos Tile, not Asphalt Shingle as indicated in the listing. I told him i was on a deadline for my inspection contingency and if someone could go as soon as possible to tell me what's going on. Bob went out right away. He confirmed my fears on one of the houses and told me the second house was pretty much fine. So Bob saved the day by letting me know that the roof was asbestos with the fibers already exposed. He told me the cost and the repairs that would be involved. He was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Kevin always picked up the phone when I had further questions. These guys are the real deal, very professional and know their stuff. I was able to get my deposit back from the purchase and not obligated to buy the house all because of Pinnacle providing me with A quality inspection and report.

Pinnacle Roofing sent a great team who replaced a fairly large roof in 10 hours. They worked every minute except for a lunch break. Lamont was the on-site coordinator who made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. The team did a great job of cleaning up as they went along and performed the final touches at the end of the day. When they were finished, all that was left of their presence was a new roof. We would like to say a special thank you to Bob Thomas who was very attentive to our needs throughout the whole process and a great conduit when we had trouble with a related contractor. Would highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof. Their price was competitive and the service excellent.

Although we encountered a few obstacles along the way, they were resolved professionally and with excellent results.

They left a lot of old roof and plywood behind. All remaining leaks that were supposed to be repaired last July for $2000 extra and after paying 1500 of it they did not fix them.They also wrecked the hydronic heaters chimney by throwing bricks down it after they said it was the chimney for abandoned coal heater and was a hazard. they also dropped chimney bricks on to my coal bin breaking plywood covers. They have not give me the factory warranty cards on the new roofs that they promised. They took 3 months to close overhead door they. Had propped up with 4X4s. The roof hatch was left open 20 feet up a ladder. Fiberglass window overlays rattle in the wind. Kevin offered to take $500 off this $70,000 job. Their debris have caused a warning from the city. I trusted them to do this job properly as I live out of state. No mistaken identity here.

I called for an estimate to replace two slates on my roof. The woman who answered the phone was rude. She said they had no one available. Apparantely, they only want big jobs. F- in my book!!!

Job went well....Pinnacle showed up when the said they were going to and got the job done in two days, as promised, even though it was close to 90 degrees both days. Crews did a good job with roof. Roof was complicated because of pitch and varied roof lines. Crews cleaned site very well.....only found one or two nails when done. Had minor problem with damage to gutter, but Bob Thomas of Pinnacle would not accept final payment until issue was resolved and I was completely satisfied. Very happy with finished product and would recommend Pinnacle Roofing in the future.

Bob Thomas was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions from the initial visit for the estimate through completion of the roof. Lamont, the on-site supervisor, also was very helpful and a pleasure to work with as the roof was done and the skylights were installed. The crew members who installed the roof were detailed and meticulous. We also had a unique situation where our roof met the siding that we knew had to be fixed as part of the job and Bob, Lamont and the team addressed it beautifully. Not only are we confident the roof will perform well, it looks great, too. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Pinnacle.

This was by far one of the most professional group of roofing contractors I have ever seen! I met with Bob Thomas initially who was detailed in his explanation of the product, warranty and job procedure. The Pinnacle crew were on time, protected the home and shrubs during removal of the old shingles, and had my new roof installed the same day. Clean up was meticulous...I could not find a sliver of debris after they left. The foreman Lamont was a pleasure to deal with, and Bob Thomas and Kevin LaVallee stopped by the house during the service to check in. Bob also followed up a week later for a final look at the new roof. Neighbors definitely took notice of Pinnacle's workmanship and plan on contacting them for their roof replacement. Just wanted to say that they came and completed the job that was originally planned, and did it with the true professionalism of people in this field. They were fast and efficient, and totally courteous, and respectful in all ways. The job was also completed according to the original estimate, and not a penny more. It was truly an enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who should ask me.

He said he'd email the estimate to me in about 5 days/ 3 business days, never heard back from him. I called once. The person on the phone told me there may have been a problem with the service they use for aerial measurements and they'd get back to me to let me know what's going on. Well, here it is May 29th and no call, no email, nada. Disappointing because I'd heard good things about them and I was impressed with the person's professionalism and punctuality.

Neat, clean, picked everything up. They were fantastic. They came out in the morning with a huge crew, covered the shrubs, got right down to it. I left for about 5 1/2 hours and when I came back they told me there was only about a half hour left.

Crew arrived 1/2 before they were scheduled which shocked me. I've never had a contractor show up on time much less before scheduled start time...crew started work immediately and worked non-stop until the job was done....then another crew cleaned up debris in my driveway and yard....the one thing that really impressed me was the fact that they not only put a tarp around my house and driveway but also put covering over my neighbor's driveway in case debris landed in their driveway. That shows quality workmanship and integrity...the crew thanked me for my business and left....their representative, Bob Thomas, called me to make sure everything was satisfactory...my roof looks beautiful thanks to Pinnacle Roofing....

Would definitely use Pinnacle again and will tell anyone that needs a roof to call them.

Perfect! Arrived at 7:30am & finished at 1pm!!! Crew friendly & professional. Draped the house in tarps so debris did not hit shrubbery & deck directly. Cleanup was perfect. All requests resulted in instant attention. Final inspection at end of day topped off a very satisfied experience with this company.

Mark, came and determined what he needed for the job. Came back the next morning and completed the work in about 3 hours. He was able to use the shingles I had left over, which saved me money. The roof does not leak, so I am happy. ,

I thought they did a really good job. Because I waited so long the water started dripping through my kitchen, but not a lot. So I had this done two weeks ago, just before all the rain that we were having and all the storms. I wanted it done immediately and they did it immediately for me. Within one day they had it done for me. I did contact other people but they seemed to be the ones that rushed it for me because they knew that I had a problem. They left everything really in immaculate condition. I didn't find any debris. One day they took the dumpster away, they took everything. They arrived at 7:15. They cleaned up. Everything was great. I called them on a Monday. He was able to get the permit and everything on Monday. I had someone else give me a quote that same evening, on the 30th before they did everything and I explained to them that I was going with Pinnacle. They tried to say, "Well, we can do it for less." So they went to $5300 and they said they couldn't go any further than that. I said, "I'm going with the other company only because they were vigilant enough." They saw that I needed help right away and they were right there. So I went with them. I thought the pricing was fair but I don't really know. I probably could have gotten it cheaper if I waited. But I think it was fair because my father had his house roofed a few years ago and he had to pay $9000. Water had seeped in, so he had to have a lot done to it, so maybe that's why it was more.

Bob Thomas was fantastic to deal with. He explained every detail of the project and went to great lengths to be sure that all of my concerns were addressed in the proposal. I can't say enough good things about the crew of hard working guys that came to do the work. They were polite, courteous and worked very well together. Not only did they do a great job with the roof, they made sure that our landscaping did not get damaged and were very thorough in cleaning up the site afterwards. I am so grateful for the attention to detail shown by both Bob and his crew. In addition to his hard work, Lamont did a great job overseeing everything the day of the project and was able to answer any question that I had. The things I appreciated the most were that they were on-time, were reasonably priced, did what they said they were going to do and finished the roof in one day. The next day Jamee and his crew came back to reinstall the gutter guards and put new flashing up as Bob had promised. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing.

I contacted Pinnacle Roofing in April when ice build-up on my roof caused a leak into my living room. Pinnacle came to examine the problem and temporarily patched the leak. When the weather allowed for a full inspection of the entire roof, Pinnacle pointed out (without pressure) that a more comprehensive roof treatment was necessary. We decided to replace the entire roof and add proper venting that was missing and was the cause of popping of nails through the shingles. The final job looks terrific! We're very happy with the final product. Expectations were exceeded.

He went up on the roof to inspect it. He was very good-- knowledgeable and their price was competitive.

I called Bob at 8:30 in the morning. Told me he had a couple other roofs to do. Surprised me and was here by noon. Have an ongoing problem with roof leaking in same spot. Got on roof and cleared that area. He will do a permanent fix when the nice weather comes.he insisted on shoveling the sidewalk of all the roof snow.

Pinnacle was great. They were professional and reasonable. They were nice guys. It has been an all around good experience. The gentleman that came to the house was really nice. He went up in the rain and when it started to snow when he didn't have to, he could have come back another day. He went up there to do inspection to make sure everything was okay. It was just really very nice. It was a fair price.

It was good and it went fine. I've used them professionally. They're good people. They respond well, give me good products and stand behind everything. They do a good job and you won't be dissatisfied. They didn't get out there as soon as I would have liked because they had a backlog of work.

Bob Thomas did the inspection and quote. He is very good and told me what it involved, what could happen when they lift up the old roof and what it would cost in a worst case scenario. Once they removed the old roof, it was the worst case scenario with the saving grace being that the rafter tails were not rotten. They took care of everything and did exactly what they were contracted to do. There were about 8-10 guys working h****** the project at any time and they got most things cleaned up properly. It was a messy job so obviously some wood chips are going to blow around. I would recommend them to anyone and already have, they do nice work. Roofing work is also not cheap so you get what you pay for.
