Description of Work: New Owens-Corning roof installed plus did repair work involving soffit which was site of previous water leak. Very professional. Downspout became loose a week after roof installed but crew chief R. Thomas came to fix it after I called. Very satisfied with instillation/cost. Would recommend this company without reservation.

+ -1 moreThe job was properly carried out, on time with a professional crew. They removed the old roof and carted away all the old shingles, cleaned up thoroughly after installing the new roof. All communications with office staff and estimator were helpful and professional. They also helped with the selection of the shingles and their recommendation was right on target There has been considerable rain since the new roof was installed and to date there are no leaks or any indication of other problems. The estimate was in line with other estimates and the roofer did the job at the estimated price, no hidden charges, etc. Altogether we are very satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism of this company.

They provided a written quote which was right in the middle of the other companies we looked at but we went with them because they were highly recommended. They showed up when they said they would and completed the whole job within 2 days. They cleaned up so well that we couldn't tell they were even there. Roof looks great and have had no problems. Would recommend or use again.

+ -1 moreOf the proposals received for the job, at $18,000 Pinnacle was the most reasonable for the work to be accomplished. Beyond the price, most impressive were the compliments received from neighbors. Though not personally present on site most of the time, neighbors reported that Pinnacle staff arrived punctually, always conducted themselves professionally and cleaned roofing debris from my yard, as well as each of their yards, at the end of each work day. My roof leaks were resolved.
Description of Work: Multi-level, multi-sloped roof on three story Victorian with gables needed new shingle roof. Old roofing material was removed, damaged plywood replaced.
