Description of Work: My daughter and son-in-law are brand new homeowners - facing first set of plumbing issues. Pete not only responded on a Saturday morning - he fixed the problem, gave them invaluable education, and guidance on how to handle some other issues. All at a very reasonable fee.

Description of Work: I had a kitchen pipe leak in the ceiling causing a considerable amount of damage. Pete was at the house replacing the pipe the same evening I called. He gave me an estimate and worked diligently to complete the project, also he cleaned up very well.

Description of Work: Arrived within 5-10 minutes of his estimated time of arrival--He called1 hour before anticipated arrival time to update his new estimated arrival time. Very professional and knowledgeable about the service he performed which was clearing the main sewer discharge line between the house and the city sewer line. Equipment that he used was in excellent working condition and he had various types of additional equipment available in his truck should the situation require other than the standard cleaning operation tools. Upon completion of his assigned task, he took some extra time to "clean up" the work area. He also informed me he was available on a 24 hour emergency call. I questioned the "additional charge" for after hours/weekends calls. His response was he only charged his standard rate, and didn't add any extra charge for after hours and weekends. Also his bill included a "senior discount" which was appreciated

Description of Work: My hot water heater died. I selected Pete the Plumber and he answered his phone right away. We made arrangements for him to come and indeed it was dead. I had a new hot water heater within a couple of hours. He even had to change some of the piping and its orientation, but did not charge me extra. He was friendly and professional. I will use him again.
