To my surprise, Pete came by that same morning. He took care of everything and was very reasonable with his charge. If I have any other plumbing needs, Pete will be my first callI am sorry you can't make it.

We had 2 drains in our house that were slow moving and at times they would back up into one another. After trying multiple types of drain cleaner and snaking ourselves, we called Pete at a friend's recommendation. He was very responsive and came a little bit earlier than he had promised, since another of his jobs went quickly. It took him a couple hours of snaking to finally clear this one, and he filled up the tub a couple of times to make sure there was no backing up into the other sink, and mostly cleaned up after himself.

Pete was on time and a nice guy. Went right to work and was efficient and even gave advise on other issues but did not try and sell us anything. Would not hesitate to call him again.

Pete was very reliable, knowledgable and fair. We feel he gave us great advice and we would absolutely recommend him in the future.

Pete responded on Sunday to my email inquiry I sent on Saturday. He was very polite. We set up a time to look at the issue- leaky upstairs toilet. He called about one hour before the scheduled time to let me he know he was coming. Upon arrival he and his partner- Jose- introduced themselves and shook my hand. They quickly got to work all the time asking me questions about the issue and listening to my concerns and questions. They were both kind, professional and easy to talk to. Pete explained to me and showed me what the problem was and went to work fixing it. I appreciated that they were very neat and clean- laying down plastic and tarp to protect the Carley and floor and cleaning up the messy toilet. I asked Pete to give me some advice on another issue and said no problem and looked at that too. I was pleased with Pete and Jose.

He responded immediately. Looked at job and gave me options and prices, thoroughly explaining each. This guy is the best. He's good, meticulous, cleans up after, knows his stuff and is there when he says he will be. Sometimes he even answers the phone when you call. As a single female, he was completely professional. I felt comfortable with him in my home.

He was prompt and did a great job. The interaction was good. Everything works fine. The price was fair.

Pete was awesome. We discovered our main drain to the street was clogged around 8pm at night. He was at my house within 30min of contacting him: he arrived before some if he other plumbers even returned my call! He snaked he drain quckly and cleaned up. He replaced the jammed xap on he main too. highly recommend.

I called Pete at 8AM and he was at my house at 2PM the same day. I called another company and I could not get service for 3 days. He was professional and knowledgeable. I would use him again.

I called Pete on Saturday morning and explained my problem. Pete offered to come on Saturday, but I said it could wait until Monday since the leak wasn't severe at that point as the system was shut off. Pete called at 6:45 Monday morning and was at my house by 7:15! Pete made quick work of removing the leaking system and replacing the necessary pipe. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and cheerful and had the work done before 8 am, and at a very reasonable price! I couldn't be more pleased with his work and will definitely call him again for my plumbing needs! I will recommend Pete to family and friends and I recommend him to anyone who reads this. I initially had e-mailed Pete to see if he did the type of work I was looking to have completed. The same day that I had sent the e-mail, he got back to me and gave me his phone number to give him a call. I called him that day and set up an appointment for the next day to take a look at the job and give me a price. He arrived at my home at the agreed upon time, looked over the job and quoted me a price, which I was satisfied with. I then scheduled the work with him for the next week at 07:30am. I e-mailed him the night before the scheduled day to confirm the appointment, he said he would be there. The next day he called me at about 07:00, said he would be at my home in a few minutes, which he was. He arrived with a helper and all the necessary parts. The job took approximately 3 hours to complete. I was very impressed with both the workmanship and the effort they went trough too keep my basement clean, even though it is unfinished. They placed tarps on the floors and over my washer and dryer, they brought their own trash bags and took all of the trash with them when they left. Once the tarps were removed they swept the floor in the area they had been working. They then ran water and checked all of the joints to insure that there were no leaks. Have to say, I was very impressed with Pete and his helper, they were very professional and accommodating, I would highly recommend them and will hire them again in the future if needed.

The sewer drain was clogged with roots. Pete added a new cleanout pipe and cleared roots.

We called Pete on a Sunday because we had a clogged drain in our kitchen sink. The sink was slow since we purchased the home almost three years ago. We recently renovated the kitchen and should have had a plumber look at the drain before the new cabinet granite counter installation that was completed in December 2014. Pete arrived promptly and advised the pipe behind the "new" cabinets in the wall was rusted out and needed to be replaced. That really wasn't an option as the pipe was located in the wall behind the newly installed cabinets / counters. Pete advised he can cap off that bad pipe and reroute the entire drain with new piping, but he would have to cut small hole in the base of the kitchen cabinet to do so. We said that's a much better option than trying to get in the walls. .so that's what he did. He did an excellent job and he spent about 4 hours on a Sunday to complete the job and before he left the entire mess was cleaned up and the drain had suction that we never experienced before.the repair ob. We are very pleased with the work and can always count on Pete to be professional and honest. This is not the first time we used Pete the Plumber and we will definitely call him in future for all our plumbing needs.

Pete replaced the Kitchen Sink and Faucet. Also, installed new drain line. Very satisfied with the work. I have hired Pete in the past and would hire him again!

Pete was prompt, friendly, neat, capable, and solved the problem. We would use him again.

They did a great job and came out in a short time after I called. He was friendly and answered all of my questions. It turned out excellent.

I contacted Pete via email Sunday evening and he called me at 7 a.m. Monday, saying he had another job first thing but could get to me around 10:30. I had also contacted a few other plumbers that were closer to me, so I told him I'd call back if none could come sooner. I had to be to work at 11. I got answering machines at both of the other plumbers. One called back and said he's booked up, the other hadn't called back by 9 so I called Pete back. He said he was finished with his first job and could be here in a half hour. He was. Amazing. I had tried to remove the tub spout myself on Sunday but it was so encrusted with mineral deposits that it didn't unscrew. The copper pipe twisted and cracked instead. Pete sawed off the broken end and put on a new screw end, put on the new spout, and silicone-sealed around it. Not a lot of work for $160, but I think it was fair. I just noticed this website says he gives a $20 senior discount. Hmm. I didn't get the discount. Maybe he didn't realize I'm a senior. I will definitely call Pete if I need a plumber again.

I've used him twice. He's very reasonable and he did excellent work. He's very professional and does outstanding work. He knows everything that's going on. He's good. He's going to come back to do some more work for me.

We just bought a home in a new neighborhood and needed a good plumber. I think we found one! Pete was very responsive from the minute we reached out to him and through work completion. We originally called him to have an entire bathtub faucet set replaced in our second bathroom. We haven't been able to use the shower since the diverter in the faucet was stuck, and the faucet was also hopelessly stuck. Since we didn't want to break the faucet or crack the tile behind it, we called a plumber. When Pete arrived he noticed that my bathtub faucet was the original double handle set from when the house was built (1960s) and suggested that he just replace the faucet since the rest of the parts were in good working order. He saved us money and didn't try to talk us into unnecessary work since we just wanted to be able to use the bathtub and shower. He indicated that we could update the whole shower/bathtub so they are up to code with a single handle shower. The work was done very quickly and cleanly. He ended up having to replace part of the copper pipe behind the wall and still only cost us a very affordable fee. We will definitely call Pete again for our future plumbing needs. We highly recommend!

Called on a Saturday. He came first thing Sunday morning. Exactly on time. Very professional, courteous.

Good. He's very reasonable and he's always excellent about coming usually the same day. He's quick, he's no-nonsense, and he's pleasant. We're relatively new around here, and it's nice to have somebody around that knows what they're doing.

After running the washing machine and experiencing a water back up on our lower level shower and toilet, I contacted Pete by email very late in the evening. At around 6am we were notified that Pete would be in contact. At 6:45 am Pete called and said he would be there this morning. At about 7:45 am he called to say he was on his way. Pete is fantastic. We have used him in the past and will continue to use him. He is as professional and responsive as can be. Even if you have to leave a message he gets back to you pronto and tells you exactly what to expect. As it turns out, we have never had our line cleaned out in 38 years since the house was new. He came and found he could not remove the cap so he had to cut it out. He and his partner then laid down cloths in the work area, brought in the tools, sawed off the cap, snaked the drain thoroughly and tested it multiple times by running house water repeatedly to make sure that the line was now clear. He then installed a new cap and cleaned up and the job was complete. Considering the urgency of our need, his responsiveness was outstanding as was the quality and thoroughness of the work and the cost was certainly very reasonable considering the amount of labor involved, tools and partner to make the job go quick and efficient. Pete was very easy to reach on the phone and was able to come out on the same day as my call. He made the requested repairs and installation. He's a no-nonsense plumber, does the work fast and he's out.
