all and all it went well

My bathroom sink drain was leaking where the pipe meets the wall, leaving a puddle of dirty water on the floor. I called, and Mr. Maloney arrived the next day as agreed upon. He fixed the problem quickly and explained everything clearly to me.

The experience went fine. We have used them in the past and will continue to use them.

They did the job that some plumbers aren't doing anymore. It is a job that frequently tears up a lot of street pavement and they were able to avoid that by going through a part of the yard. So that was certainly a satisfactory experience.

The sink was an emergency and he came out the same day to do it. He was very professional and took his time on the job he didn't rush through it. He was very neat

He was incredibly honest, showed me what was wrong, and he did it quickly. He was on time and I just can't say enough good things about him. He did it for an extremely reasonable price.

Pat promptly returned my call and set up a time to come and provide a quote for the work. The quote was within the range I expected ($500) and he was able to start the work within a week. He came and put in a few hours on the first evening and then called to schedule a time to come back. He volunteered to work on July 4 for a few hours, but I told him that I felt bad about having him come on the holiday -- he did not mind and came for a few hours that morning. While performing the work, he noticed that the cast iron drain line he was planning to tie into was too small and would have resulted in a very slow drain. As a result, he changed his plans and tied into an old shower drain line below the floor -- it is clear to me that this was more work on his part, but he did not change his price. Within the next day or so, he was able to come back and finish the job. We did have one problem toward the very end when an old joint (not one of the ones he had done) leaked when the water was turned back on. It must have been jostled loose while the other work was being done. Pat had to cut through the floor to repair this joint which again was more work than he had bargained for but he took it in stride. In the end, I was very happy with the work. I had considered taking on the project myself since I was doing the rest of the bathroom myself, but after seeing what he had done there is no way I could have done the work as well.

He did a great job and was very professional. Mr. Maloney had to cut through a wall to replace the broken pipe- was neat, very carefully cut through the wall to minimize any damage and replaced everything when he was done. He took the time to explain things and show us the problems. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

HE IS LATE SOMETIMES BUT HE WAS CLEAN AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. I WOULD TELL A FRIEND TO CALL HIM. WE DEFINITELY WOULD USE HIM AGAIN, AND HE IS TRUSTWORTHY. I TRUST HIM ENOUGH TO LEAVE HIM ALONE IN THE HOUSE.

HE IS A SUPERB PERSON, HE CAME OVER ON CHRISTMAS EVE AT 6:00PM AND SAVED US FROM A VERY COLD CHRISTMAS WHEN HE DIDN'T HAVE TO. I DIDN'T FIND HIS PRICE TO BE OVERLY HIGH. I OWE HIM ONE.
