+ -1 moreMr. Warner was hired and a contract signed. A deposit was provided for the work to start and subsequently Mr. Warner has 'emergencies' in another state that lasted for months. When he did answer the phone, there was always a 'bad connection.' As has happened to other customers, he said he would return our money but has not done so. My recommendation is NOT to enter into a business relationship with this man - he has been dishonest and has not been truthful. We are out thousands of dollars.

+ 3 moreApproximately 900sf of flooring was paid for but never installed...a half- bath/laundry area never finished...areas of painting and baseboard not finished....I had to pay other people to finish what he started...repeated phone calls were not returned..my experience with him has been a nightmare..avoid him at all costs.
Description of Work: After a flood, hardwood floors, extensive drywall and baseboards needed replacing as well as quite a bit of painting.
