They were fast responding and this was extremely useful and helpful because I am in school and am needing my computer for online classes.
Description of Work: Computer was cleared of all unnecessary files et al, upon analyzing the whole computer they found an issue with the battery and keyboard and gave me the correct information to have it fixed d/t the computer company was responsible. Then it was brought to place of purchase and repaired without additional cost!! Well worth the 100.00!!! Thanks MY24HRTECH!!!

He picked up the computer, after spending a while examining it at my house (it's a laptop). He tried to save my files (which turned out not to be possible), uninstalled everything, put it back together again and returned it. He also made suggestions to avoid future problems.
Description of Work: My computer had crashed and he uninstalled everything and put it back together again.

It went very well. They were extremely knowledgeable. The parts came in wrong, so he was even willing to come in on a weekend to install them. He charges per hour, but if he doesn't fill the full hour, he'll train you and answer questions to fill that time.
Description of Work: They came to our home to increase the memory on our computer.

Matt had already helped us with our hp laptop and advised us as to a proper printer He ordered the printer for us in good order, and only charged us 10% over the cost saving us time and money. He has been VERY helpful and patient and extremely professional.
Description of Work: Purchased HP printer, delivered and installed. Configured for net work, instructed us in it's operation.

I was extremely pleased with the quick service I received on the fan repair. This is a new business and they are working very hard to provide quick, reasonably priced service to the area. I felt very comfortable letting Matt into my house and he was very patient in answering all my questions. I liked the identifying logo so I knew who was at the door immediately.
Description of Work: MY24HRTECH replaced the broken fan in the desktop computer and returned the computer to me in less than 24 hrs. I then hired them to set up and install a router which included a wireless hook up for a laptop (that was missing the wireless driver). Install and configure the security software and teach me how to use it. Set up and install a back up drive. We discussed what hardware and software was needed and they brought everything with them.
