Description of Work: Removed old dryer vent system (in wall and ceiling) and install a new and more direct vent system. Explained everything in detail, very neat, cleaned up all materials removed and took them with him. He has since called me to make sure everything is working satisfactorily. Description of Work: On their first visit they told me they couldn't clean my dryer vent because it had been installed unsafely and not up to code. They explained why to me in a clear and understandable manner and gave a reasonable and prompt time frame for coming back to install it properly and also clean out the dryer. Cost was a little higher than initial estimate due to a tight space that required an additional elbow joint, but it wasn't an extreme difference, and it's nice to have a functional dryer again!

Description of Work: He came to the house on time the day of the appointment and completed the work. He replace my existing dryer vent hose that was connected with flimsy aluminum foil type hosing with with solid aluminum pipe and he charge less than estimated because it didn't take as many sections he first thought. He was always professional and explained everything and how to maintain the vent. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again.
