Description of Work: The dryer vent guy chose not to clean the dryer vent and gave me an estimate for a new vent. I chose not to get a new dryer vent. Please refund my credit card for $99. Thank you Patricia Blanchfield

Thank you for the opportunity to work with you. As I mentioned on your inspection we could not clean the vent because you have a vent that does not meet the standards of the building safety code. I will keep a copy of the estimate that I gave you to install a new vent for one year if you decide to upgrade your vent. I have asked Angies List to refund the $99 for the purchase you made through their website. Thank you again for the opportunity to serve you.
