They were very professional, timely, and thorough. The initial conversation and looking at our bathroom was what I would have expected. The estimate was reasonable. We asked a lot of questions and he offered a lot of suggestions. He met my expectations. I would get another quote from them in the future.

It went very well. They were very neat, clean and did not leave a mess. This company was very professional and on time.

Estimate was provided in a reasonable time frame. Work was scheduled sooner than I expected and was done without delay. I have hired Marotta's Custom Remodeling to do many major projects over the last 20+ years, kitchen and half bath, full bath, porch work and most recently my new garage. Paul has always done quality work on schedule and on budget.

Very well. The work was all beautifully done and if it wasn't quite right, he repaired it immediately. Very good quality work. We were on no particular schedule to get the work done, so it worked for all of us to do the jobs over a long period of time. He had excellent solutions for a few conundrums. Was good humored when we ended up not using an outlet that he squirmed through the crawlspace to transport the wires. He worked with me on the estimate. Very willing to add to the original work order without complaining. Best of all, he never said that something couldn't be done.

They were nice, but I asked for an estimate for some other work and I never heard from them again. They did a good work and I got some other references from appliance stores. It seems they are very busy. They took so long to finish the work. They were somewhat high, but I didn't have a whole lot of choices.

Paul came over and gave us an estimate to install a over the counter Microwave and new induction cooktop to replace our aging appliances. The microwave was the most involved because the cabinet above it had to be cutdown quite a bit in order for it to fit..this was almost 1/2 the cost. Paul and his wife did an excellent job in remodeling the cabinet and all appliances were installed correctly, look great and work beautifully. We are very happy. Paul also took all the old appliances with him and cleaned up as if he was never there. The original estimate was $500. The reason it ended up being $850 was because when I went down to the celler to shut off the power to the stove, I found my tenants water heater had burst...sigh. So Paul not only installed my kitchen appliances, he also installed a new water heater for me...and very quickly.....and the same day. I'd recommend him and would definitely use him again. While I probably could have saved a few dollars shopping around, I think you get what you pay for in the service industry and felt that the price was worth the professionalism and and quality of work.

The work was just barely finished. He was very flexible with us. His prices were competitive with the top companies in the area. He did a very good job. He showed up right when he said he would and he left his area very clean.
