This is the second time we have used Larry's Landscaping - first time was in early July for garden weeding, edging, mulching (which was also done excellently). This visit, was for lawn repair. Information was taken during the visit to provide an estimate for the July work & Larry suggested that lawn repair was best done later in the summer. There was no need for another estimate due to the precision in evaluating our property during the first visit. They simply referred to previous notes, provided a specific estimate & we scheduled the appointment. Larry is great - he made a few suggestions at today's work which required some extra work but made the job look much better (no added charges). He takes pride in his work & seems to have excellent help with him on his jobs. We will definitely be a regular customer for his services going forward.

we can't ask for a better outcome. it's beautiful on all levels. larry was there every day and he is directly involved with every level of detail. he and patty were professional, courteous and simply wonderful to deal with from the beginning to end. the crew was pleasant, professional and we never had the impression that we were getting the "b team" as we did with our previous landscaper. larry and patty will most definitely get our business again, and again...

This is the fourth time my husband and I have hired Larry and his son josh to come work on our lawn. This time we hired them they fixed a swampy swale that we had shared with the house next to us. They ripped up and dug out the swale and replaced with sand and stone. Not only does it look amazing it's the first time the rest of or lawn isn't soaked from the run off of the swale. I was sad to read the review before me as the person gave them an f. I can assure you this had to be a fluke. I am a type A personality and like everything as perfect as it can be and Larry and Josh provide just that. They not only make everything beautiful and functional but stand behind their work. They are flexible and responsible and willing to work with you on price. We won't use anyone else!!

My initial call with a woman, I think it was Larry's wife, was on April 25th. We had a good conversation about our interest in having them come out to our townhome to develop a landscape design. I specifically asked if I was calling early enough for them to be able to fit us in with the Spring requests, she assured me that I was in fact calling at a good time! At that time they agreed they would come view the property in mid-May, develop a design, send it to me via email, and we set up a tentative appt. to review the design in person on the property. ( I mentioned in my call that I found them on Angie's list--hint hint!) I called them back around May 25th to let them know I had returned from my trip and to please send me the design electronically and to please call me. I never received a return call. Then on June 9th a little after 6:00 I received a message that her and Larry were on their way up to our property, but she couldn't locate the papers with our address. We weren't available at the time, nor did we know they were coming since I never received a return call. I called Larry's back on the morning of June 10th and left a message, and also placed another call in the morning of June 11th for a return call. I have never received any return calls from them. I have worked in the Customer Service area for over 40 years, this company's service is the worst that I've experienced in a very long time. The last company that I did business with in this same category is long gone, that was Montgomery Wards! So much for an A rating on Angie's List, doesn't bode well for their rating system or service

The painstaking detailed work and plant selection has drawn rave reviews from friends and family. I rarely pass comments or reviews but in this case it is truly deserved. Thank you

Larry and his son josh do an amazing job. This is the second time we hired them and our landscape came out beautiful. They are meticulous and hard working. They go over and beyond for their customers and run right over when you need them. I can't wait for everything to be in bloom to post pics!! Thanks so much again guys!!

We called on 5/7 when they had not shown up in their initial timetable. They said they could do it on June 3-6 . When we stated they had indicated within a two week timeframe from initial visit they said they'd do it on the 24th. We really do not want to wait that long and was not given the impression it would be that long after the initial visit.

This was my second project with Larry. Once again I was extremely happy with the results! Larry and his crew were very professional, personable, hardworking, and courteous. He did everything he said he would do. He always had a solution for any issue that came up and nothing was a problem for him. The stone border for the mulch, which matches the first job stone, was his idea and looks great. His attention to detail is extraordinary. Another great job!!

We arranged a time about a week in advance. He called up just before to confirm and informed me he had ordered the sod and preparatory work would be done the day before. Everything arrived on time and was installed according to how we had discussed. Larry came with his son and they both worked pretty much non stop doing everything, and even doing extra when I saw that I needed extra work done. They included all the extras within the original price. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we changed our minds about a couple of things. They were very knowledgeable about their work and most important were very proud of their accomplishments. I haven't said this about any other contractor, but they were a joy to have around. You felt that they really cared about their work and me as their customer. A few days later, Larry called to follow up and make sure that the sod was doing OK. This is a great little family business that I enthusiastically recommend to others.

He is awesome. He is absolutely professional, really knows his stuff, and does a great job. I've used him two years in a row. The stuff he plants grows and is good quality. The price is fair. He's there when he says he's going to be there. I will continue to use him in the future.

He is excellent! He goes above and beyond to help us. He has reasonable prices! It is a group of a very nice family and they show up on time. They did a beautiful job! He has done this for us for three years.

It all went according to plan. He was always on schedule as he said he would be when he came to give us an estimate. We are extremely happy to have been so fortunate to find such a jem!! The user setup an appointment and never showed up that evening or called back ever. Will someone please take my money ?

The attention to detail was extraordinary. Larry deeply edged each bed, dug up the weeds, trimmed back overhanging shrubs, and placed a layer of mulch. He is unusually dedicated to doing a professional job and goes way above and beyond. He worked one whole day with a helper until 7:00 p.m. and also the next morning by himself starting at 8:00 a.m. It was raining hard at one point, but he kept at it. It's difficult to find workers with this sort of work ethic. This service was a find and the price was very competetive with the other bids we received.
