Lisa, I would like to again apologize for the delay in getting your estimate out to you and also that you are disappointed with your interactions with Larry’s Landscaping. I would like to clarify that this behavior is not typical and let you know that the initial delay was caused by Larry and Patty spending the majority of the week following your estimate at the hospital with their infant grandson. You were not the only customer who had a delay in receiving their estimate, although in notifying our clients of the delays, it appears that you were not notified and for that I would also like to apologize. You should have since received your estimate via email, and if you would consider working with us, we would like to make every effort to correct the errors we made in the delays previously.
