Ken and his helper are very professional. Ken always shows up on time and is very good at what he does. When he quotes a price, he sticks to it. He is very efficient and pleasant to deal with. My only disappointment is that the new exhaust fan has a rattle associated with it that is a bit annoying. Ken made a return trip to try and track down the rattle. He heard it, but even after taking the fan apart, he was unable to determine the source of the rattle. A small disappointment in the end result, however I would not hesitate to use Ken again. He is a very honorable merchant.

Excellent! He showed up on time, he was great with my dog and answered any questions I had. He was efficient and neat. I had 2 other companies bid the job and he did it in half of the time and half the price. I am very satisfied.

He's great on everything. I have him come back when I have a problem. He's punctual and he does excellent work. He is really quick at finding a problem and solving it right away. And he's very reasonable.

The work was done in a highly professional and timely manner. They arrived on the scheduled time, reviewed the work that was needed and began immediately. They explained any of the special product functions, checked that all items worked as needed and cleaned up when work was completed. Ken and his assistant have a great working relationship. It became obvious to me as they interacted and assisted each other during various phases of the project. All in all, I was completely happy with the work done by KT Electric.

He also helped with a few other problems I had with some shorted wires, and didn't charge me a penny more. It was excellent service! He went way above and beyond! I will definitely be using him in the future! A+++!!

Ken was very professional from the start. I left him a message requesting call back for an estimate, he called back the same day and after describing the work, he advised of an estimate of $700.00. I requested an in-home appointment as another estimate had been significantly higher. He came and had the same estimate as he gave over the phone. We scheduled the work that date for April 24th. On the 24th, he arrived on time with his apprentice, both were polite and got immediately to work. They arrived at about 8:30am and had completed the installation by a little after 11am, and that was witha minor hiccup in the installation due to the fans I had purchased prior( one had a malfunctioning remote sensor). They cleaned up pretty well( a few stray wiring tubing cut off pieces were on the ground). We are a few weeks out from the install and the fans are working great, move the air around the house great( central air, but no other fans in the upstairs before KT did the work). Would gladly recommend them to friends and family. Will also be calling him again for possible outdoors work( installing a patio in the future- will want exterior lighting done).

Ken was great! He was on time, friendly, and did wonderful work! He was very professional and took the time to line everything up, and make sure I was happy with the positioning of the sconces in the bathroom. Could not be happier!

Ken and Brad arrived promptly when they said they would and immediately went to work. It was a very professional and efficient job and was completed quicker than expected. The work area was clean and repairs were perfect. I also asked Ken for additional quotes for other work I was considering and the pricing was very fair. Three of my neighbors had similar replacement work done in their condos by Ken and Brad and we all agreed they their work was excellent and will be using them again. Highly recommended!

I was impressed that I called with a non-emergency but Ken added me to the end of his day's work. He also was considerate enough to call at one point to say he was running a few minutes late. How often does that happen? He was easy to talk to, listened to the various things I had already tried, and came up with the least expensive option. He also explained the options that would be the next step if the first solution didn't work. I was very pleased, and plan to call him in the spring/summer to install some motion detector lights and other work.

Came to house as planned and lights I purchased were wrong voltage to he went and ordered what I needed and returned with new lights for me. Was very nice to go out of his way to do this.

They tested three electrical outlet and found one outlet with a loose wire, they tightened the loose wire. They tested the ceiling fan electrical wiring, they also found the ceiling fan switch was wired backward, so they corrected it.

Ken was very responsive to my inquiries. He was able to do the job within 2 days of my call. Ken and his assistant were personable and very easy to talk to and both were respectful of me and my home.

This was a year long project. I was working with a landscaper. Ken came to the home during the design process to let me know what he would need in order to insure conduits were available under the hardscape. He assessed the project before the soft scape was installed to insure access for the electrical wires and location of the LED lowlight units. He had no problem with change orders during the process. Ken returned calls, set dates and kept them. When the landscaper was finished with the job, Ken and his assistant showed up on time, determined the best position of the units, confirmed them with me and most importantly, he was patient in helping to determine where the internal switches could be located to turn the outside lights on and off. Because of his expertise, we were able to connect to an existing switch in an appropriate inconspicuous place. He and his assistant wasted no time, installed al the units to my satisfaction. I could not be happier. It was a great outcome at a fair price from folks easy to work with.

They were responsive and very professional about everything, from the scheduling of the work through to the job being finished. I definitely would use KT Electric in the future.

We had an outlet in the basement that was not working. It was important because the sump pump and modem for the phone were connected to it. We called Ken on a Monday night, and he was at the house the next morning. We also had him replace a dimmer switch in the hall that was not working. It turned out that it was a simple fix in the basement. We appreciated the fact that Ken was here so quickly, especially because we needed to feel secure about the sump pump operating properly. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. We will definitely call on K T Electric in the future.

He was professional and did a great job. The box was replaced within about 2-2.5 hours plus he charges significantly less than other electricians in the area. Most people I had talked with charged an upwards of $1200! He seemed knowledgeable of my area and of this profession. Highly recommended!

Together with his helper, Ken quickly identified the fault and repaired the faulty socket with parts he had brought with him. Ad hoc I asked hmi to install an additional outside power outlet which he did do and had all the parts for. I will definitely use Ken again in the future.

I’ve used them before. They are very prompt, courteous and do a fine job. The interactions are always very good.
